Why? Federation Force at least looks decent as a game, if not fitting for a Metroid game. Other M was both unfitting as a Metroid and hot garbage as a standalone entity.

Some did an average of 22 minutes based on the last 2 years, so that is probably your answer. 28 minutes is my guess for this one.
