I share this feeling, after having a pro team it's really a useful resource to have in the development of a game just...they seem to really focus ONLY on the Pro players right now. I can see they really want go in the E-sport so in a way it's normal but why we can’t have social/casual gametypes on the game as well?
Actually this pro thing started back at the launch of MCC last year at least (or with H4 feedback from the pro players maybe) I remember all these pro players hired by 343i at that time but MCC got enough playlist to hide that, first because of the legacy behind these games and sadly the issues… and it was the same pro feeling for the beta of H5. I only played 16 hours on the beta of H5 last year (I was bored and starting to have more fun on MCC) where I played around 300 hours the beta of Reach and around 200 hours for H3 Beta back at that time ofc when I was younger I did not have a job to care so this affected my time to play too but still.
In the Sprint I also remember a moment where they need the approval of the pro for an incoming BTB map if I remember correctly…that's great to have I don’t deny that but what about the non pro

and not always being so serious and pro. I know 343i is not Bungie, I do not ask them to be Bungie and I really do appreciate 343i staff but I’m not agree with all their decisions like for example how they changed the design of the Covenants species or the UNSC frigates etc. (these covenants ships in H5 are so ugly compare to the old one but that’s my opinion ^^).
Anyway is this to be a fan, we complain because we love this saga and we are hoping to always have better and better content regarding our tastes that are also different from a person to another. For sure a lot of people are having fun on H5 currently but some like me feel a bit like "out" or "aside" of the game and their actual target audience which is strange as a fan since 2001. I do not think the COD fans feel this for example but I don't know after.

Finally got up to the first Warden fight with Blue Team on Mission 7. Got A Knight flying around wrecking everyone, Soldiers taking potshots, crawlers being annoying, and the Warden just having a laugh. UGH

ended up 12 for 13 and got carried to victory but I'd rather lose a good game than win a game like that.What do you expect them to do about it?
I think most of the issues people run into playing solo is lack of communication...
If people would wear there mic I really don't think there'd be an issue. I have mine on whenever I play, and I notice that when I start talking, other players end up turning theirs on too.
If not, they at least seem to be listening
Except Iron Banner is a lag fest. I'd rather take functional PVP over "lets see how many red bars this game will have".
With a 150/150 connection I'm tired of dealing with rubber band players and hits that don't register because someone has a crappy connection. Iron Banner makes me rage so hard with the connection issues. I've stopped caring about Destiny PVP and have no desire to finish any of the quests that deal with Crucible.

Some people have never experienced this type of lag teleporting before. I call them lucky. That said i've only had it appear in maybe 10 matches out of 100+.
Edit: Seriously LOL'ing at the teleporter's name... Dr. Magic Shroom... exactly what that must feel like being in a game with him... tripping on shrooms lol.

When my games work they've worked almost flawlessly, the matchmaking is really damn good. But I'm still getting the random disconnection issue every few games which sucks ass.

Same. Ive been on a break from H5 with BO3 so i'm hoping that when i jump back on for BTB they have sorted some of the connection issues... no matter how "rare" it is for most.
God... what i'm really craving is more 4v4 arena maps and modes. BTB is cool and all but c'mon we already have Warzone... where the core maps/modes at 343i?

It doesn't happen to me very often either, I get the grenade delay/shot round corners but everything seems smooth type of thing happening a lot more.

When it picks a good server the game feels awesome. Shame I'm super unlucky and get bad servers/people with 2 cans & a piece of string for internet connections. Take me off the 343 shit list and give me good servers Frankie, I'll buy a Req pack and everything!
Edit: I never get disconnections which isn't too bad, my connection is solid if unspectacular and my router is pretty decent.

Yea, that's my main problem with Halo 5. I mean sure, they're trying to give everybody what they want and more, but standard arena/slayer has really taken a back seat, and that's what Halo multiplayer is to me. I could live without Warzone, BTB and Breakout (although Breakout is pretty fun). I'd be fine with them taking a bunch of good user designed arena maps and throwing them in, if that's what it takes.

I am not sure where anyone said "get gud" when the games are a laggy mess. What IS being said is to stop giving up on your team because you start bad, or stop using the argument that you want to steam roll others and thus want social slayer.

I have never had the lag that the US guys I play with get but I constantly have the (latency?) issue of having to hit someone six or seven times to kill them when I only need to be hit three or four. When I get into a server where it's working properly it's immediately noticeable and can be the difference between five kills in a round of warzone or 15+
Yes Warzone is about more than kills, I'm just using it as a means of comparison. Barely touched Arena because I'm worried I'd be a liability to my team because of the issues.
