No, you get a random 3x XP for the first rank and 5x for the second rank. It's amazing no matter what (I think).

Thanks! I just re rolled a new character with stealth sniping in mind on Survival. The most fun I had in Skyrim was with a stealth bow class on the hardest difficulty. Really tough at first, fun for quite a while then it tapered off into "too OP" territory. Hope the challenge stays 😀

I have 10 luk, 1 int and lvl 2 idiot savant and I have yet to have it proc on a quest turn in.
you do need to actually get lucky to proc it when you get the quest exp reward. feels really good when that happens though.

or I guess you can just ^ ''cheat'' :p

Just curious if anyone feels that the Capital Wasteland and Mojave Wasteland were more interesting.

So far I feel that way by a mile. I ought the delved opera said this map would be considerably bigger. It honestly feels smaller.

Still love it thou!

The complete opposite for me. If only for the fact that this is full of shit instead for miles of nothing. Im also liking the characters a lot more. But then again im in the minority that liked 3 more than NV. Vegas setting and factions did nothing for me :/

How is it that my maximum happiness is not going higher than 80?
Want to get the Benevolent Leader trophy :D (trying at "The Castle") it's one of my last 4 trophies missing x)

I finally stopped getting sidetracked, and reached Diamond City after 14h. Think the game is great, but it does overuse feral ghouls and super mutants. I hope there will be a mod that tones them down a bit. New Vegas was a bit better in this department, as you found these types of enemies where you expected them to be. Although, that game also did take place in an area that was spared from direct nuclear hits also.

But, the amount should still be toned down, cause right now they kinda result in the CD Projekt problem - how can people live among so much danger?

Still very early on in the game and enjoying what I've played so far. Stumbled upon a pack of wild dogs and the alpha keeps fucking me up. The area they're lurking around has a stash of caps though. Think I'm gonna let Dogmeat draw all the aggro while I spam molotovs from afar. His sacrifice will not be in vain.

No double damage modifier, but still pretty good upgrade over my non-legendary combat shotgun. If anyone is looking for it, It's at the top of
Libertalia, the raider-hideout-ship-thing in the very east.

That's a nice shotgun, but that's not how I roll.

Ugh, the framerate is indeed atrocious indoors :(. I thought people were exaggerating, but it is very noticeable (PS4 here) and completely takes you out of the immersion.

The worst offender enemy wise are molotov/grenade spammers or missile users. The AI has infinite grenades/molotovs and missiles and it's really annoying.

If anybody wants to cheat the system, you can quick save before turning in a quest and see if the idiot savant goes off, load and try again and again. Might be obvious but I've been doing this with no shame because f the man.

Don't get too friendly with the Brotherhood. The last few missions of them can drop under 1fps at the moment. (at least on PS4)

For me, the glitches and bugs take me out of the immersion more than frame rate.

Like, settlers walking into objects thinking there's a path through it, or Dogmeat randomly floating in the air at times.

Over a dozen hours and I've had frame rate hitches but none indoors. Maybe I'm just lucky.

It really sucks that animals you pacify must be killed anyway when a quest demands their death. I feel so shitty betraying their trust.

Easton: "Hey there Mr. Mole Rat, I'm so glad we can be friends, but can you do me a favor and let me borrow your skin?"

Mole Rat: ">.vv.<"

It does suck but I'm not sure how else they would do it.

I assume this is another glitch, but if I check my settlements in my Pip-Boy under data they will show they need something (exclamation sign). Then when I travel to that location everything is green. What gives?

Holy crap, Fort Independence mission, got absolutely wrecked first attempt using missiles and normal armor. Said F that and went and got my mini nukes and power armor. That bitch took a mininuke + psycho to the face and didn't even flinch. Had to finish her off with a mini gun. I want to fight another one of those!

There was a area where I walked up on a bear and it kicked my butt about 6 times before I could beat him. After I killed it I walked about 10 feet away and there was a broken sign on the ground that says do not feed the Bears. Thanks for the warning. 👊🏼
