I think there's a glitch where companions randomly wander the map. I sent Hancock to Starlight Drive-In and he randomly walked (really fast) to Goodneighbour.
Yep. I swapped out
Curie
The Castle
Haven't found her yet.

You can also get a mission to make him more charismatic. If you don't like Travis on the radio. Do this:Just go to his trailer and kill him. You also get a diamond city radio key... not sure what that does yet. He won't be on the radio any more and Sheng (that little kid by the purifier) will now and then advertise his water. Just to be clear though, apparently he gives quests, quests related to the radio and supposedly unlocks more songs and boosts his confidence. Any ways, if you really want to... do it, lmao.
So what are we in this game?
Fallout 1=The Vault Dweller
Fallout 2=The Choosen Onr
Fallout 3=The Lone Wanderer
Fallout:New Vegas=The Courier
Fallout 4=?????
Unless I missed it or I haven't got to that point yet I don't remember being refer as something yet.

Isn't it Sole Survivor?they still call you the vault dweller. I haven't finished the last couple of quests though, so I don't know if there is a true canonical name given to you, but that is what people in diamond city, etc. call you
Yep! Also counts for shotguns, and energy / laser rifles. Basically it's awesome.

Those are repeatable quests, they don't advance in any meaningful way. You have to advance the games main storyline to advance further into the BoS stuff
does anyone know if you can open the laser grid door in? I see a darkened corridor behind it and am wondering if theres anything back there or its just for showAdvance Sciences in The Institute
before I blow this place up or whatever you do in the end
There should be another less secure way in elsewhere...it's theFEV Lab that Virgil mentioned.
Thank you for the heads up, trying to steal the core got so tedious! It's targetable in VATS, you just have to be behind them... so have your companion draw the enemy's attention, slip around behind them, and hit them with a stronger rifle. I use a Hardened Sniper Rifle (about 55 dmg) and it does it in a few shots.
Just get ready to clear the area, because a fusion core explodes like a burning car does. Mushroom cloud.
oh Ive done that already, I thought it was another similar place. Neat.
So is FO4 exactly the same as Skyrim when it comes to areas that are clear? That there won't respawn any more enemies in said location? Also I'm playing the game on survival and man are the super mutants tough 😨

can someone EXPLAIN why the fuck happiness doesn't increase after 79?
Sanctuary, when it's at 79 it goes down to 78 for no reason because everything is in order, when is at 78 or lower it goes back to 79.
I'm playing on Survival difficulty and I have to have well over 12 hours active play time in and I'm pretty sure I haven't come across a single legendary enemy. My girlfriend played a couple hours on normal and ran into one. What gives?
Anybody else having this issue?
Ahh wait, I'm wrong actually. The part I thought you were referring to is in another area. No idea what that hallway is.
Did the Human Error quest. Was pleasantly surprised when you could choose to. And people say you can't be a dick in this game. Give Bethesda some credit for improving their writing standards, people.be a paranoid anti synth and side with Covenant, letting them kill the prisoner, and allowing them to continue to torture people they suspect are synths
Thing it's the "sole survivor"
Thanks for the info.Pretty sure the "official" term is the Sole Survivor.
Loving the game, one silly settlement niggle though.
What's with the metal corner wall. It's the wrong way around and I can't see an option the flip it. Have I missed something?
I gave up and just use normal wall tiles corner to corner.
This game needs weapon racks to display weapons. Using an old shelf and manually moving weapons around on them takes waaaaay too long.
Hello, what's the best rifle in the game for you ? Is it the Overseer's Guardian ?
Almost 20, just got to Diamond City.
Can tell I'm not going to like Piper one bit.
Yeah unless you go back there for another mission, it'll repopulate specifically for that mission. Also yeah super mutant homing molitovs are super annoying.
nope
enemies respawn in old areas after X amount of time. At least in the majority.
Pretty sure that the difficulty you play in determines how often you see legendary enemies.

Yet I do it anyway.
She is my favourite companion only have her, valentine and dogmeat tho.
Thanks both of you guys!
How do I know which enemies are legendary?

So I got Piper's romance options unlocked. Does this mean I can do stuff she hates now and it won't matter?
