Funhaus guy said that. Would be quite a bomb, though it seems weird Kojima would do that.

Only if Crash reboot and Agent are there as well. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Yeah....Kojima under MS, hey if you ask me...why not? But i just don't see that happening. Kojima under Sony just seems much more plausible.

Highly doubt such news would be revealed during a awards show anyway. And especially if it's the same guy that claimed MS had bought SH for 1 billion, it's utter nonsense.

I'm gonna go on a limb and predict that Capcom will announce a new big AAA title for PS4 and PC in this event.

Lately it seems that they are using that combo for all their new games, even smaller stuff like Biohazard Umbrella Corps and Dragon's Dogma Online.

I've posted in other threads lol but just as a reminder for those who are expecting Bend's new game it only went into full production in January. So I'm guessing it won't be there sadly, but it's possible.

And in defense of the Funhaus The Know guys they correctly predicted when Rise of the Tomb Raider is coming to PS4/PC before SE announced it. So their track record is not entirely bad, though MS trying to purchase Silent Hill for $1 billion is almost certainly fake.

They also got something on Dark Souls 3 right before E3, so they know a thing or two for sure.

Don't expect Bend

Crash still showing up or was there a change of plans? :P

I thought one of the Bend guys tweeted something about them being there a while back and deleted it?!

Come the fuck on though! Colin's going to lose his shit not seeing Bend there.

Why? Sony Bend announcing their game where the one sure fire bet for PSX.

Sony has Siren.

They're not doing anything with Siren. Years ago there was mention of Siren Blood Curse 2 being in production, but absolutely nothing since. Silent Hill has way more cache, and if production were to resume on Silent Hills, that news would be big enough to get Sony into the good graces of many, many people considering what happened with Kojima.

They're a relatively small studio IIRC, and 11 months into full development might not be the best time to announce a game. But it's possible...

They finished work on Golden Abyss in late 2010 I presume. What have they been doing all this time that they only went into full production on their next game 11 months ago?

Siren's team is working on Gravity Daze.

What I meant was that Kojima can just make his horror game under the Siren IP, he doesn't need the Silent Hill IP (which was dead anyway until he stepped in with Silent Hills). Or they can just make it a brand new IP.

My intuition tells me this year's PSX will top last years. It's not going be an e3 level. But certainly will top last years. I just hope they have some fan service for the core PlayStation fans that have been there since the ps1 and ps2 days. I'll take any IP revival.

Although SFV leaked. Nothing will top announcement of SFV and it being exclusive. I thought it would be a long while until we get the next SF entry.

I'm talking about the conference catering overall. Announcements that will resonate with core and old PlayStation fans specifically. Street Fighter is not a franchise people would heavily associate PlayStation to. I'm talking about old ps1 or ps2 IP revivals, localizations, features fans have been requesting, long awaited remasters. Stuff that the whole gaming community across all platforms that would not give a hoot about.
Don't expect Bend

Now I'm just confused who to trust. Verendus said Bend is ready to show off their game, and you are saying they aint gonna be there even though Bend's game designer Eric jensen is.

@-@ fuck man.

We already have a ton of projects revealed from 1st party and published by Sony that are still not released: Uncharted 4, Ratchet, Gravity Rush 2, Tomorrow Children, The Last Guardian, Dreams, Horizon, GT Sport, Everybody's Golf, Detroit, along with 3rd party games they will be pushing like Street Fighter V and No Man's Sky. It doesn't surprise me they won't be having a blowout for 2017 titles nor should they. Not to say anything about PSVR.

However that doesn't mean there isn't some big game announcement. Some possibilities that revolve around my head if I were to bet big are Resident Evil 7 and heck, maybe even Destiny 2. Both of those are possibilities for next year unlike GOW. Maybe the Level 5 title that we know was supposed to be revealed 6 months ago.

Let the Sony pipeline empthy a little before announcing games from them. E3 is better for Bend and Sucker Punch. Honestly I would have saved Dreams for PGW and GT Sport for PSX.

I was wondering. If they show Bend and GoW4 at PSX, what will Sony be left with at E3? Makes sense they keep one of those titles for E3.

bruce said bend would be for e3, makes more of an impression for bend anyway since it's e3 and all

and i think level 5 will show their ps4 game too, but that's just me hoping

How is it a joke post?

Siren is a horror IP made by the creator/director of the first Silent Hill game. The PS3 Siren game was the best game in the genre of last gen, imo.

Kojima could easily make a horror game under this IP.

You know what's better than Kojima+Del Toro Silent Hill?

Kojima+Del Toro+Toyama Siren.
