My predictions:
Open with No Man's Sky. Now encompasses entire cosmos with infinite parallel universes waiting to explored. Also in VR. Available now.
Backwards compatability. Sony's heard your complaints: PS4 now supports PS1/2/3 discs. Also Master System and Mega Drive carts. Live right now in latest stealth firmware update.
Sony and SE have heard fans voices and realised that FFVII is the epitome of artistic creation. In recognition of this, they have redirected all development teams to remake the game every six months so it will never be out of date.
Stability: all PS4 owners are elibilbe for two heavyweight bookends which will ensure maximum levels of stability for the rest of the system's lifespan.

To be fair, since Sony dropped the news before PSX, it was probably not meant for the conference anyway, or at least, not in a big way.

It was clear since the Disney announcement that PS2 stuff is coming to PSN. The announcement is just the further line-up.
Which I think could have been something that was meant for the keynote.

Can't believe this conference is just less than 4 hours away! I'm ready to be hyped! Again, I'm going with my "hope for a lot, expect little" approach. That's probably why I'm never really disappointed with any conference. Hell, I'll be satisfied with just a new trailer of Uncharted 4 and Horizon Zero Dawn. Anything else is icing on the cake.

Hell yea. I have my expectations tempered, but if it was quiet because everyone was able to keep quiet and the conference does have some bombs to drop, then even better. We'll live a little longer until it's time.
To be honest, I think I'll be satisfied with just Drac84's prediction post, never mind the show haha. I want to live and die in that world.

What is the best way to watch this on an Xbox 360? I recently picked up a 360 for my young children as a Netflix box (for the time, they are too young for video games) and I am not totally sure about the media capabilities of the 360. Since this conference is in the middle of the day, I will have to watch it in the kids playroom instead of my bedroom on the PS4.

We will probably see Fat Princess Adventures, Bound, PS2 emulation and FFVII PC port. Destiny DLC, Star Wars Battlefront mention and Black Ops III DLC. Something Street Fighter V as well. And an extended trailer of the one we saw at the TGA. We will get something Everybody's Golf related as well.
I don't think we will see Ace Combat 7 or Onimusha. Theyll probably be announced in a Japanese magazine. I also don't think that we will get anything from PlayStation VR or a Shenmue HD Collection.
The two maybe's seem to be Sony Santa Monica and Sony Bend.

I'm debating whether to follow this tonight while I'm in work via here and Twitter for the big announcements, or whether to wait and have a blackout until I get home and watch the stream.
