The notes about Snoke being like a marble statue or beautiful in his youth are really interesting. I feel like maybe instead of going for a literal snake (like some of the previous concept art, which tied into the "serpent in the Garden of Eden" idea of Snoke tempting Kylo Ren), they're going for the metaphorical serpent - Lucifer. Beautiful but damaged.
Now JJ's comments about Snoke being powerful but vulnerable make a lot of sense. Wonder who messed up his face (Luke?).

I don't think it was anybody. The description suggests that it's the dark side that's doing this to him.
EDIT: Well maybe that was just speculation by the artist.

It'd actually be really fucking cool to have a villain who was so skilled with the force, and say...martial arts, or Force-Chi or whatever the hell, choreographed by that guy from that film that i've totally forgotten...so when Luke + Rey + Everyone arrives to take him down in Ep IX, in a space version of the ending to FMAB, they pull out their lightsabers and he's all "Pfft, Child's play. *insert a line about true mastery of the force*"....

I doubt it. If anything, they'd send takedown notices to websites hosting it. But like I've said, there wasn't anything in the book about plot spoilers. No piece called "The Death of Han Solo" or anything like that. Which makes me think that anything that would annoy Disney didn't even make it into the book.
I'm just too overhyped and they wait is killing me.
The last time I was hyped I ended up in the hospital in a coma and dealt with 6 months with physical therapy. Better not happen again goddamnit.
The soundtrack will help make the wait go by much faster. New Williams and the Snoke therme with the Chorus has got me hard. Nice imagary but it's what we are all thinking.

I don't want to be too dismissive, but considering Palpatine's deformities and Serikis' own comments about Snoke's appearance, it wasn't like that was a huge guess.
I'm sure they are saving a lot of material for the "Making of The Force Awakens" book that comes out later in 2016. Art Of book is for more safe material.
Does the Art book even have Luke in it?
That was all spoiled on page 1 with the spoiler board linked in the OP.
