Frankly, I'm okay with this coming out to mixed reviews (if that is the case. Remember, what we're seeing are people's immediate reactions. It needs time to settle) Wasn't Empire skewered in reviews when it was released?
 
NickRob might be, then again people might not like it. I mean Faraci think its "okay" but I mean, even his track record is spotty.

I mean, personally I trust Steven Weintraub, Jeff Cannata, and Slashfilm. So far Cannata says "It's starwars of old"

That is all I really need.
 
I think we know what we're getting with this movie at this point.

You're either going to buy into the characters, energy, and the emotion and ignore the structural similarities to other SW movies...

... or be totally preocuppied with the similarities.

Just asked Rob whether or not Rey had anything to do with Luke's story in the film, which he confirmed and then winked when I asked if that meant "R. Skywalker."

Could be trolling, but I take that to be a good sign that Rey is indeed Luke's daughter.
 
I think everything after the Finn comment on that Nickrob guy's feed is him just fucking with people (Wuher, Lobot, Calista Flockhart...)

A familiar rhythm, with new players. Maybe too familiar, as some notes feel obligatory, perfunctory. But overall, magic.

A LOT more reviews than I expected.

Seems the movie is great overall, better than the prequels at least.

A lot of trusted sources are having great impressions and that Nickrob guys seems to be trolling. The reviews having been perfect, but that's not bad news.

Oh boy.

Interesting that the Pastebin sets up the Romance Plot between Finn and Rey.

I would be okay with that movie.

That to me sounds awesome.
 
Hearing some characters aren't that much in the film bums me out despite the fact that it's obvious a lot of them are going to get their screen time in the other films and that I knew that.

Still, I want every character at every time NOW.

It also does not confirm/deny Rey's parentage, and indicates a Finn/Rey love story. Hmm.

EDIT also pissed I was weak and came back in here already after I intended to leave. The thirst for those impressions was overwhelming...

What I do know is that manabtye is on twitter stating that it is the whole plot.

I would believe that more than anything from that pastebin. It is set up at the start of the movie, and makes since.

I am just sitting here hoping that kylo's real name isn't fucking Ben.
