who the universe 6 guys are?
Here's my soon-to-be-wrong theory
Purple Cell is, well, Universe 6 Cell. He killed everyone -including that universe's Goku and Vegeta- like a decade ago, and is the only inhabitant of Earth. He has since become good and/or neutral.
Similarly, the Cold Demon is a good Cold Demon. Probably helped that Universe Goku and Vegeta kill Freezer during that universe Namek arc. He probably has trained even more than Freezer in Resurrection F.
Saiyan guy is Tarbles, Vegeta's brother. The last surviving full saiyan. He has probably trained correctly and must be as strong as Mystic Gohan, at least.
Bear is whatever. Maybe that universe Buu?
Robot is whatever. Maybe a friend of Purple Cell, number 16 perhaps?
There's also nothing saying that the Universe 6 guys are taking this as relaxed as Goku and Vegeta. Chances are, they want out of that Universe, and are probably fighting for their lifes, or for the continued existence of their planets. Universe 6 may be super dangerous even for the likes of Champa.

You keep mentioning characters like Goku and Vegeta in yours. They are twin universes, not parallel, they don't have the same events of people in them, they share planets and races.
The Kais don't look all that similar other than being Kais, and
Beerus and Champa are brothers, and Vados and Whis are siblings as well. That has nothing to do with the universes

So what? Maybe they live in some primordial universe and are dispatched to their respective universe as they grow. Particularly if they four are twins and they are assigned to twin universes. The tournament seems to take place in a planet that belongs to neither universe, supporting the idea that the siblingitude of Whis/Vados and Champa/Beers is not coincidence with each getting a universe.

There's only one issue a month though and the anime is going to catch up real quick.
The fact that the events on Earth are completely different says no, chances are they universes have completely different histories.
Getting people to post in there would be the real challenge. I already told people to mark manga and unaired episode spoilers though.
Ony difference is that Earth was destroyed in a war at this point of story. Anything could have happened before.
Earth could have gotten a completely different story with just small changes.
Pilaf, either Piccolo, even Goku himself, Raditz, Vegeta, Cell and Buu could all have conquered it if only the plot had gone slightly different.
Cell could have easily conquered the planet and genocided everyone if Gohan had not trained like his real personality demanded.
They probably will have different names, but would not be surprised if some parallel events are revealed.

Why are people saying the

The guess about the test was
•Jaco, despite being a super elite Galactic Patrolman, knows nothing about alternate universes or Super Dragon Balls. He wants to go to the tournament though.
•Bluma offers to bring his girlfriend too, but he jaco got dumped.
•Zuno-dono requests gifts in exchange for questions. Jaco goes to kiss him and he blushes, and give him only one question because he's a guy.
•Jaco asks about Bluma's bust size: Apparently it used to be 87.2cm but after breastfeeding, it sagged a bit and now it's 83.4.
•Bluma only gets 3 questions for her "gift" because she's middle aged and not Zuno's type.
•Bluma's first question is accidentally used up when she asks if she only gets two more questions despite being "this pretty".
•She then asks about the Super Dragon Balls: called "wish orbs", they were formed in AGE 41 by the Shenlong (dragon god), Zarama/Jarama. They have a diameter of 37,196,2204km, and are am perfect sphere. Within Universe 6 and 7, combined, there's 7 in total of these light yellow orbs, and within each orb is a star marking varying from 1 to 7 stars. These markings are designed/made so that they always look like stars when viewed from any angle. This refraction technique is a structure original to Zarama/Jarama and was patented in AGE 42.

Remember, the manga is kind of abridged due to being monthly, rather than weekly.
Really, I wouldn't be surprised if the "RoSaT" there actually turns out to be Whis' new room in the anime, and they just used the old one in the manga due to skipping the retelling of the RoF arc, which introduced Whis' own version.
