Some voice actor for another game won an award at the Video Game Award show but the presenter said "X of Witcher 3" even though she wasn't apart of the game and that's her right in front of the guy from CDPR. Pretty damn funny.
She's actually an actress, though it's semantics. (She portrayed a live action role.)

the placing of the Winner (bottom right corner) could somewhat be miss-able if he is holding the card with his right hand. the thumb would be over the winner and he could have gotten confused.

I'm sure the pagent organizers love being known for a fuck up at the end immortalized on Tumblr in gif form.
Not saying this was done on purpose, but it might work out to their favor in the long run.

im particularly loving all the passee comments about how irrelevant or how its 2015 and why is this a thing.
miss universe is VERY popular in other countries. they give it relevance. I know some of you are very sophisticated in your tastes and want to make it known, but just because you don't enjoy/understand its popularity doesn't mean it doesn't have its place. people watch it. people enjoy it. people pay attention to it. come to terms with it. you don't have to accept it. but it is what it is.

I was thinking this as one of the reasons as well. The card was poorly designed overall even if it did say 1st runner up on the card. Harvey's still ultimately to blame though.
