With the OP's avatar as a handy picture, it's pretty easy to tell that they changed Lightning's facial features to make her look more girly and soft. They have the same hair, but the face is not the same (though even the hair color is more pink).

The fashion film clip was pretty bad. It was hard to see the actual clothes, and to make it worse the clothes combinations seem to be poor choices.

It's a teaser I would imagine the clothes and bags will be shown off more in whatever this was a teaser for. That being said it looked dope AF and FFXIII-4 would be a day 1 for me.
