On one hand they Refreshed Karin then on the other Ryu and Vega are largely the same. It's hit and miss with them. Personally I know she's gonna be the same because I have no faith in them to actually refresh the character. :E

I know I will get alot of hate but I hope we get 1 guess character per season a an extra bonus 7th character not part of the season pass.

Season 1
Kazuya - it makes sense with Akuma in Tekken 7. We also have his moveset from SFxT. V Trigger will be Devil Gene.

Season 2
Tifa - if Final Fantasy VII Remake part 1 comes out this would he a good opportunity. Tifa is the perfect fit for a fighter. Also remember the old copyright picture with Square on the SF picture it all makes sense haha.

Season 3
Terry Bogard - this is to make up for the lack of CvSNK3. I'm sure KOF should have a nice niche following and sequel talk by then for Capcom to acknowledge SNK.

Season 4
Kasumi - with all the Capcom teasing with sexy female characters like Laura, R. Mika with the button slap, Chunli alt costume and etc why not bring a DOA character. I'm sure by that year a sequel will have already released or announced for DOA so it would be beneficial.

I'm really warming up to the idea of Maki being in this game. Of course I'd rather have Guy, but I'm hoping we get at least one sneaker ninja in this game by 2017.

As a Guy main from USFIV, I'd rather have Maki just for that slight difference and maybe some tonfa action.

I hate to say it but the more backgrounds they release the more disappointed I am with them overall.

The original China stage showed so much promise, it had so much detail and colour and vibrancy, looked more like a 3D version of a golden-era KoF background, I was so excited that they were looking less cartoony than IV's.
But now the colours look washed out, the NPCs are terrible, and a lot of the newer backgrounds just look boring and low-poly.
The new airfield background barely looks different to a SFIV background.
