You can buy them on cdkeys.com. I don't know what GAF thinks about them but I've always had good results, codes always delivered within minutes plus if you like their facebook page you can get an extra 5% off.

I think Steam client needs to connect to community server in order to get online. After that it doesn't matter if Steam Community goes offline, as you're already logged in.

I'd also advise not to try to use the Discovery Queue to get cards at the moment, as I believe it requires Steam Community (for inventory).

Yeah the video cutscenes are huge; delete whichever ones you don't want and you can free up to 20 GB. Read the game's Steam community guides for more info.

I think its worth it if you have played Liberation HD.
But if you haven't played it or don't plan on getting it, then get the standard edition.
