I really like the idea of tracking a certain enemy down so it's not necessarily just in one place. I'll have to make a note of that to see how it would work in the game. Thanks

"Really needs it" is kind of a stretch when we're talking about numbers this high. There's not a person in the world who needs all that money.

The lottery is hard. I don't think it's bad if you see the ticket purchase as a platform for briefly entertaining your fantasies. A lot of times it feels good enough just to pretend, which is part of why people ironically enjoy stick-it-to-the-man movies like Hunger Games which were given to us by the man for the man's benefit. Video games offer a similar form escapism. But where lotteries can go bad is when people who have lost all other hopes and reason pitch in their dinner money for a 238-million to one chance. It's not my place to judge others for what they do, but I really hope no one is missing a meal because of the lottery.
