Haha why is R. Mika's alt basically the same? I'm assuming they'll be multiple alts once the game launches or soon after. I just want a business suit alt for R. Mika.

It's more or less the same costume just cut in different places, all the parts of the original costume are present except for the heart and zig zag pattern. It just seems lazy to me like they just threw the costume into a blender and that's what came out.

Mika's alt is considerably better than her default, and I'm sure we'll get a nice steady stream of DLC costumes once the game is out.

Yea I don't know what mah dude is talking about. Mika's alt looks way better and you can tell its very different just from a single look. I'm getting that one the second its available. Looks way better than her default and I didn't even mind it.

I guess? It's the difference between a bikini and a swimsuit to me. You could cut a bikini out of a swimsuit, but that doesn't mean it's the same outfit.
 
i kind of hope they lock some costumes behind more than just fight money / zenny. ie, you have to reach level 10 with a given character, complete X challenges, etc.
 
Great... have to wait for DLC to have an main. Really not liking that roaster... Looks like SF3 roaster... don't think this is going to sell as well as expected. :(

So we still dont know yet how much time/effort will be involved in unlocking certain things like alt outfits or new characters? SFV is not F2P but I cant imagine unlocking Alex is going to be able to be done with any reasonable amount of effort when real money is on the line.....
 
I, for one, am glad that capcom is still committed to cheesecake despite some major losses in this transition.

i expect the usual suspects who made a big stink about r.mika already moved on to the next target and this can cleanly make it to release unhinged!
 
That R. Mika alt is bought instantly. LOVE it.

Still not set on a main, but I hope we get Alex as day 1 DLC for season pass owners or something. I need those HYPA BOMBS in my life.

Hated mika till I played her, pretty fun. Way better than the alpha iteration
