Von is going ride Cam.

I used to think Cam was bitchmade before this season, but something about him has changed. Idk what it is.

I kind of like him now tbh--really funny to watch and I like his black dance moves, but I'm still going to call him Scam because of the college scandals and because it's a great fraud nickname for him when he doesn't succeed.

What do you mean by "black dance moves"?

This is a huge mistake. Why would anyone think Coldplay would be a better headliner than Lady Gaga for the halftime show...

Wasted opportunity.

How about none of the above? That sounds better.

I'd rather listen to Joe Buck and Jim Nantz sing God Bless America than the slop they're trotting out there.

Sorry for the dumb question, will the game be available to stream for free without a cable subscription?

Where is your source for this? You usually are the negative Nancy Bronco fan so I have to ask.

Various radio stations that are out at the Super Bowl, they've noticed a lot more Denver fans that Carolina, which isn't that hard to believe since I figure Denver's fanbase is much bigger than the Panthers.

As for that Denver practice player, did NO ONE learn from Eugene Robinson?!

Just watched the Super Bowl Commercial special and then,

"Here's a sneak peek on an upcoming commercial featuring the video game character, Pokémon!"

Yep...
Also, the ads this year kinda blow so far.

So...listened the Around the NFL Podcast on "Opening Night" and both teams are taking the 'no one believes in us' card apparently. I dunno if I agree with that. I feel like Denver's defense is being given all the credit in the world right now and everyone's fantasizing about Peyton throwing 5 TD's on Sunday, riding off into the sunset, etc. Seems to me like there's always an excuse or three by another team talked about when a team loses to Carolina instead of how Carolina beat them. 'Carson Palmer had a bad game. Seattle didn't have the right cleats until halftime.' It's like everyone's waiting for Carolina to choke to talk about good they really weren't in the back of their minds.

Go Cam. The salt must flow. I also want Peyton to retire as the lesser Manning brother, which to me is hilarious. Count the rings big bro!

Defense or not, no one is giving Denver a chance. Everyone is picking the Panthers in a blowout win. So for the Panthers to play that card is stupid.

On a side note, NFL Network is one giant commercial disguised as Super Bowl coverage. Every NFL player or NFL great on their shows are just pimping out something before talking football.

panther will win with 27

calling it now.

.

Malik Jackson could get as much as 12 million per year. Welp that sucks for us. Jax or Raiders going to pay him that much maybe more.

Jackson was never going to come back. The writing was on the wall when the Broncos signed Wolfe. Von's next.

Nah, it was the last game where the Broncos got no respect. The Patriots were going to roll right over them, according to almost everyone in the media. For example, Sports Illustrated has a panel of a dozen guys (I think, can't find it now) who all picked the Patriots. And everyone in the aforementioned NFL podcast picked the Patriots, too. It was difficult to find anyone picking the Broncos.

This game, the consensus narrative seems to be "the Panthers will win, but maybe Denver's defense can keep it from being a blowout". The defense got a ton of credit after the last game, even though the team is still an underdog this week. But at least there is a lot of "Denver can win if..." talk, even though everyone's picking Carolina.

But I can understand the Panthers clinging to the "no respect" card for one last game. If that's been a motivator all year, no reason to drop it now. It may not be true any more, but it's still true for the season, so you just say "no one believed in us" instead of "no one believes in us". It's just one letter. :)

You're delusional.

This. The Panthers are definitely getting a ton of respect right now, but it took 17-1, two one-sided playoff wins and a Super Bowl berth to achieve it. That's what they have to tell themselves along with the fact that if they don't win they'll be heading right back to Disrespectville. They can come up with a new narrative next year. Roll with what's been working for now.

This is the first Super Bowl in a long time where I'm okay with both teams winning. I like Peyton and I like Cam, and I like both team's narratives. It's weird not having a team to actively root against this time. Should be a fun game!

Welp According to reports, Broncos offered Malik Jackson a contract but he turned it down.

I guess they chose to pay Wolfe over him.

Been thinking about it. This is probably the closest the Broncos will get to the SB for some time, i don't see how we can get through the Patriots, Colts, Steelers and Ravens w/Playoff Flacco.

Are we talking about the same AFC here?

Anyways, I expect someone to blow Malik, Trevathan, Brock...etc with offers. Regardless of the outcome of SB50. I'm sure replacements will be found, just fix that o-line.

I'm hoping if I stream the game through my Xbox One, I will be able to watch the U.S. commercials again. I can't stand those damn repetitive and boring canadian ads they replace the American ones with.
