I talked about it a lot in this thread but I guess I can explain again:

1. I ordered an Itouch.
2. Didn't get the 2nd Receipt like they said they would.
3. Emailed them and they said they would investigate.
4. A few weeks later after emailing them, I finally got a response and they said I was cheating.
5. I didn't cheat.

It honestly really depends on how much time you're willing to devote to waiting for the redemption. It's abysmal (might as well be zero) if you expect to go on your computer whenever you want and have the redemption conveniently take place at that time. It's much higher if all you do is sit at the computer constantly refreshing.

Be very prepared to spend your weekend in front of the computer is all I can say.

Somewhat tricky unless you're on their site right when they restock. I mean Shadowlink got one, so it's not impossible. But yes, overall chances are fairly low.

Low. You need to be in the right place, at the right time, refresh at the right times, hope you don't get banned at the wrong time for refreshing, and be on time so that they don't go out of stock in minutes like they usually do.
