It is weird that they didn't include DInput.
Capcom did well with Dragon's Dogma and RE Zero HD, still they somehow fucked it up with SF V. Seriously Capcom get a grip.

Patience my young padawans! Valve is manually switching it on right now. Germany (and any other European and Australian/New Zealand regions) will unlock in any moment now.

There hasn't been any stone wall confirmation on how much fight money a character will cost, but Capcom have said that the first character will be easily obtainable by completing the story mode with multiple characters. That being said there is a big payout for finishing those small story modes, much more so than winning a game or 2 in different modes.

You can get the fight money by playing online, offline, or completing tasks that Capcom have set up. Tasks are catered towards those that will treat the game in different ways, so everybody will have a good shot at getting many free characters in the future.

Season pass, as far as I can tell is up there for people who may want to support Capcom further, may not play often but still want the characters, or because maybe, just maybe characters will be hard to earn. We just don't quite know as of yet.

I recommend the game in comparison to SF4 tho. Its very different, and much improved imho.

I've read elsewhere now that it is far more friendly game for beginners, The season pass certainly isn't worth it for me but I can get characters as I play if I really want them. Watched quite a few videos now and it looks pretty damn good to me. :)

I notice that some PS3 controllers/sticks work with this, has anybody tried the Hori Fighting Commander 3 works with the game?

Steam unpack times are always so painfully slow for me. If not for the VPN, I could download it again faster than the unpack.
 
Quick question before a friend and me buy this, a Phenom II at 3.5ghz paired with a 7870 should have no trouble running this at 1080p right?
 
Servers just went down here. Right when I won a match online too... NO POINTS FOR ME.

Reset happening?

EDIT: Nope I'm back at the main menu fine with all my stats intact. That was weird.
 
Can't find any ranked matches,
I played one match of survival then it logged me out of the server and kicked me back to the menu screen, wtf?
Can I earn fight money now or will there be more resets?
I wish there was some clarity on this.
 
Just joined the steam group. Can't wait to jam with you guys.

Hope to finally get good at this game.
