Hori RAP4 Kai. Just got mine today and it feels really good and it has a touchpad. It goes around £80-£120 so might be bit too expensive for your budget. It is £85 at amazon.de at the moment but shipping would probably push it to £100.

I don't think it unlocks it...completing story mode just makes it available to purchase (with FM) in the store that comes out in March.

x360ce works perfectly for me. Be sure to uncheck Pass Through under the Advanced tab.

Be sure to put it in the Steam\steamapps\common\StreetFighterV\StreetFighterV\Binaries\Win64 folder.

You send invites and such with the Capcom Fighter ID instead of your PSN or Steam IDs. You can add people as rivals via the CFN tab and then do stuff from there.

It's nowhere near as bad as MKX PC at launch. However, between barely anything to do when not online, and the online being spotty right now, it's not great. I'd hold off until these issues get fixed.

Yes, there is an easy way.

Just edit the file: C:\Users\*USER*\AppData\Local\StreetFighterV\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini

and add the lines:

I've just checked and on medium settings my notebook runs the game at 53-60 fps. That's excellent for a noob like me, but since there's no frame skip, what happens if I try to play online with somebody with steady 60 fps? The game gets slower?

X360ce is better, worked very good and is a better way to do that.

Also someone found out how to disable the annoying stuff like high motionblur and other stuff.
Gonna change it and try to get a clean picture, don't like the heavy blurriness in the high settings.

I'm fully expecting not to be able to play until I finish Far Cry Primal in a few weeks from now. It's just too frustrating dealing with this server bullshit at the moment. People learned nothing from the Diablo III launch.

It depends on the difficulty. You can use the bonerific Chun Li alt if you preordered it
