I've found like 4 in the last 2 hours and they had US flags but maybe they were also people that used VPN. I hope it's just because the servers are having trouble and it'll sort itself out.

Really disappointed. After I downloaded the update I played for the last hour and a half with fight requests on open to all settings and hardware and didn't get matched up once. Tried setting the connection to 5 and then 3-5 and searching specifically for Ranked or Casual matches...no dice. Nothing.
It sucks that Battle Lounge is bodied too as I tried having a match with a gaffer and was disappointed to find out that can't happen right now.

how long of a wait each time to find a match? I let it sit there and search for 5 minutes or more then just give up.....

Fight through 50 consecutive stages. Health Gauge and Critical Gauge will carry over to the next stage. First time completion on each character will award EXP and Fight Money and Colors 7, 8, 9, 10

To break it down:
Easy: 10 stages, unlock color 3 + fight money + EXP
Normal: 30 stages, unlock colors 4, 5, 6 + fight money + EXP
Hard: 50 stages, unlock colors 7, 8, 9, 10 + fight money + EXP
Hell: Title + trophy + fight money + EXP
Has to be also done with alt colors. So if you do Easy with Ryu, you'd unlock color 3 for only the costume you used. If you have Hot Ryu costume, you have to do it again for color 3 on that costume.

That honestly makes no sense. So lets say you bought the game in America and played on the east coast. If for w/e reason you end up moving cross the globe in a few months and setup your pc in London and try to play some more you think this game is gonna read your profile as being from east coast USA and STILL try to match you with players from there? I think that circle is just for looks.

Opinions differ.
My opinion is that SFIV looks better overall with everything taken into consideration. Obviously SFV is more advanced in terms of tech. SFV's character models and animation are obviously much better, but the stages look and perform much worse, bringing the whole visual package down.
SFIV's stages run 60 fps without the horrible filter and super blurry textures and the models and animation are decent enough. So yeah, weighing pros and cons, I think IV comes out better overall visually.

after preordering on PSN a few months ago (to get the game asap, preload and stuff), it's almost a full day after release and I still have the timer to SFV ticking to f****** New Year. They charged me the preorder money 2 days ago and still I see no trace of my game anywhere. No download option or anything. I sent a ticket to sony yesterday and got the usual "we're looking into it" response. Apparently it has to do with Capcom not PSN...whatever. Few dozen people also complaining about this on PSN forums but to no avail...argh

So, it's inevitable that someone will eventually upload a save file for PC with all of the colors unlocked.
Do you think this will cause a reaction from Capcom? Can they detect or ban for modifying your save file?
Since costumes were not among the things cleared during server wipes, I assume that whether they are unlocked or not is not stored server side and they will have no way of knowing. But I don't know what else is stored in your save file that they may be able to detect.

And it's not like SF4's were even very good to begin with.
That's what I thought it just makes me uncomfortable because it's almost impossible to find a match right now. Hopefully it's just general shitty matchmaking lol

It is right now. No one can find matches. If I were to guess, I would say Capcom has disabled match making right now to work on the overall issue.
Sorry I have to guess, can't find anything from capcom.

Is this the same as ds4tools? I have DS4tools but that doesn't even detect the stick. I guess Ill delete and try ds4windows. Both dont detect the stick.

How are you going to login to someone's CFN account? You can't sign out of your own. Your PSN/Steam ID is tied to your account. If you haven't unlocked it, I don't see how you are going to "upload a save". It doesn't work that way.
