Anyway guys in the low lp getting annoyed with stronger players getting marched up just have a little patience and hope the player base continues to grow. Probably a good 500k user base atm, with half of them online and probably half of that is solid veterans. Update and more word of mouth and favorite characters being added should bring in more beginner players. Also as the top of the pack moves out of Gold, we'll be able to distribute the points more evenly underneath them.

no he's not, add me or look at Momochi replays if you want to learn him, he's harder to be good with this time around.
onlu you can do is find there PSN name and message them there, communication features one of the many bare bones things about this game lol.

His running throw was the one that got me the most. Besides that each time that I would try to jump-in on him he would AA me. Trying to approach him from the ground and he would get me with a normal throw *sigh*

Anyone know why Sakura's character changed from the Alpha series to the 4 series? Back in Alpha she seemed more serious, calmed and less "stereotypical schoolgirl" than in 4. Seems like she was smiling a lot more in the 4 series. I mean even in the art she was different.

It's safe at max range, as far as I know. I've never been punished when properly spacing it.

the Hori HRAP Kai is now coming with the new, matte finish Hayabusa buttons! Just got mine delivered today. Buttons are niiiiice. Smooth as hell. Really close to Sanwa in responsiveness.
It also has a PC switch now, so plug and play on Steam.

I lost to one Gief that used his throws very well, including the running one. But jabs are the answer to that for every character, no?

Yeah, I feel like I would be better prepared after I go against a few more Gief's. It just took me by surprise since Gief players are so rare compared to the army of Ryu and Karin's out there.
Because the art doesn't reflect how she acted in Alpha 2 and 3.
