Haha I know.
I say "Boop!" out-loud when I knock fools out of the sky.
'I know, hes totally going to V skill my hadouken and i'll get a free jump in'. Nah dawg. I'm riverdancing on your dome.

Are all normals safe or something? This transition from SF4 to SF5 isn't very fun.
Laura in particular as Ryu. She goes ham on me and I have no idea what to do.

Oh lord, I love head stomping when they Hadouken lol.
My real jam is v triggering full screen to ex stomp when they start whiffing specials or dare to taunt. I dead ass won a match by doing v trigger ex stomp on reaction to a gief player taunting.
Haha!! I like doing something similar, V-Trigger flying fist thing. NO ONE blocks the cross-up.

And I'll do it like 3 times back to back lol.
Particularly fun when you do the same thing twice, only this time you all the inputs were light, so even though it teleports and it looks like it, doesn't actually cross-up.
He can because he never loses pointsI see this video and wonder how come I can't seem to hit 2k lp while the RQ player can.![]()

I'm glad to see other people enjoying Alex Valle's stream. I don't have the game yet, but he's my favorite streamer to watch. He's 37 years old, which is pretty inspiring for a fast-reflex game. He seems very chill and has a good attitude even when he loses. He also seems genuinely happy when he wins, and makes you want to root for him.
I don't usually have the sound on so I don't hear the tips, but I read he's informative too.
Ya we're trying to learn the basics thereMan this game is full of ryus,so basic.
or maybe all of them are in bronze?
Question for the pros: Zangief and Mika's command grabs both have 5 startup frames. So assuming both are put in at exactly the same time, what would happen? What would determine which one would win? Or would it be like teching a normal throw?
All of them in bronze. I still suck ass at every other matchup because of it.Man this game is full of ryus,so basic.

Don't seem like there will be other notable international players: https://www.reddit.com/r/StreetFighter/comments/47ogce/cannes_winter_clash_starting_today_first_cpt/Gootecks is at Cannes Winter Clash, can we assume other US / Japanese pros are aswell? For some reason I assumed it would be more of a european torunament

Man all these ragequits are so sad to see, persons with so many points too. I've not been playing as much as you guys yet because I'm waiting on a proper pad to play gief, can't play him with the fight commander pro, but I've had some ragequits on my ken which I'm just trying to learn. Capcom needs to address this quickly, people just don't want to lose their points and rank when beaten.
Headstomp tracking being so bad makes devils reverse even better. Especially in v trigger. I can't block that shit and I play the character.
This match is between two bisons and is funny cause it incorporates everything that was just mentioned. My real jam is v triggering full screen to ex stomp when they start whiffing specials or dare to taunt. I dead ass won a match by doing v trigger ex stomp on reaction to a gief player taunting.
I will call this Menu Fighter. I've been staring more at Waiting for your opponent than actually playing opponents. I wanted to play ranked since I want some trophies. I just need like 10 matches to get to 2000 and get that trophy, that's all I want then I'll go back to playing Lounge where I can have some damn fun.
This matchmaking is a disaster, I preferred the SFIV method. It shouldn't be as slow as it is with such a large pool of players.
Someone help me pick a third character to mess around with. Ryu and Mika are my mains right now.
Looking for a non-charge character who is easy to pick up and play and relatively strait forward to play. I'm thinking Cammy, Rashid, or maybe Necalli.

Would you guys say that Nash is beginner friendly in this game? I'm having so much fun with him and improving my footsies with his excellent normals.
I seriously don't understand people who RQ. Like I was so mad earlier today when I went from 1000LP to 700LP straight by losing equally scrub players than me over and over again but never did I even think about doing RQ. Hopefully Capcom comes up with a good solution for these kind of people.
