Praying for Bernie.

Anything under 15 in Florida is good for him.

Forgive my stupidity, but what do you mean "15"?
Yeah pretty much. I think it's a win win for trump in Ohio.

Again, forgive my stupidity, but why is it good for Trump if Kasich wins Ohio?

You know what would be hilarious at this point? If Rubio drops out tonight, then tomorrow endorses Trump.

I mean look at what Christie did. Pretty much at every chance said Trump can't be President for a whole lot of reasons, now he is in his corner.

Man I love would to see the pecking order between Trump's also-ran endorsement candidates.

Ugh, Van Jones making the stupid "red states don't matter" argument.

Thank you Anderson, for bringing up the minority voters in the south.

CNN is somehow off in terms of how many votes have been reported.

AP has R and D in Florida at 2% of the votes reported, instead of the 10%+ CNN shows. Odd.

Oh good, CNN is still paying Jeffrey Lord for his opinions.

HOLY FUCK Trump at 47% with 13% in florida..

Massacre

Rubio / Kaisch will do better with suburbs and cities. Larger precincts that will come in later. Same with Clinton.

Keep this in mind people. Early results are usually violotile, since they're small rural precincts.

Van Jones wasn't talking about this shit when Obama was racking up those wins in the South in 2008. What a hypocrite.

I really hate this about people. I saw an article Shaun King wrote saying "how the process for the democrats basically insures and Clinton win."

Well you weren't complaining about this same process in 08 when Obama won.

They're pretty safe Red expect for Florida. Flip Ohio in 2004 and you get a Kerry win. Flip Florida in 2000 and you get a Gore win. Most Southern electoral college votes went to Bob Dole in 1996. I think Bush and Clinton drew pretty even on Southern electoral votes in 1992 though.

So it's really just if you can make a possible dent in the other's safe region you can possibly get a GE win in the bag? And so that's where the focus bit comes in and why they become so almost critical to the elections themselves?

Swing states are important. Nobody talks about Massachusetts or Utah.

It usually comes down to the swing states honestly. If you can win, say, Ohio, Florida and Michigan you've usually got it in the bag.

If you can make a dent in your opponents safe states even better, but that tends to be much rarer.

I wonder if trump will actually break 50% in florida since it looks like rubio flopped in his home state so far.
