If a weapon was forged specifically to take you down, and was then deemed perfectly legal... sure you can get a moral victory by not wielding one to defend yourself...
or you can be smart and grab one to use yourself. And you know, actually get a real victory rather than a moral one.

He is getting almost all of them. It goes by congressional district and he has won almost all of them. Cruz ran up his totals in a few districts but he isn't getting shit.

It would be better for the nation if he stayed in it until the convention and continued to make Hillary promise things she wouldn't otherwise bother promising to try and draw off Bernie voters.
I mean she's not going to keep any of those promises, for example there's no way in hell she won't sign the TPP if Obama somehow fails to get it passed while he's still the President for example. Although this won't even be a consideration as Obama has the Republican votes in the Congress to pass it for him anyways.
And yet here he is, doing relatively well for himself, all things considered. Maybe, just maybe, he isn't winning because voters prefer Hillary at the end of the day?

Florida GOP country is generally much lower population. SoFLA, Tampa, and Central Florida(Orlando), and Jax are the major population centers of the state with all of them except Jax being pretty reliable Dem. FL is still a swing state, but is trending more blue. At least in general elections.
State still doesn't have their shit together in mid-term elections(which is when governor elections fall).
The Clinton's are in for something they've never faced before, it's going to be glorious.

Closed primary is the biggest thing, IMO.
In general, Bernie's ground game has been very organic (which is going to pay huge dividends in future years for the "real" left if it holds together, btw. It's more tied to issues than a single candidate), and it takes a while for those gears to spin up. He's been competitive in open primaries, because new Democratic voters (young folks and independents) can join in when the siren song plays. Card carrying Democrats are perfectly content with Hillary though, so in the states where the rules play against new voters, he's toast.
