1. There's lots of other stuff you can use FM to buy. So the season pass allows you to spend it on Story Costumes, colors, or next season's characters instead of these DLC characters.

2. The season pass also comes with the DLC characters' premium alts, which can't be bought with FM at all.

So, no amount of time will ever make the Season Pass "entirely pointless".

Haitani is older than dirt in the fighting game community. One of the original Japanese god players from the VSav days.

Necalli can be just as dangerous as Laura or Mika in the corner. He has a command grab, a 3 frame jab, a DP, a move that can charge through fireballs and fang traps, 3 CCs (not counting cr.HK), AN OVERHEAD THAT CCs, A V-skill that gives a ludicrous amount of V-meter for how difficult it is to react to (it gives less v-meter on block but it still gives it) and his V-Trigger just makes him flat out better and makes his combos even harder hitting. EDIT: and a divekick.

His stubby normals aren't the problem, the only thing I would nerf is his insane ability to build up V-meter, possibly faster than any other character in some situations.
