National Enquirer: Ted Cruz Has Had at Least 5 Extramarital Affairs

I'd assume Trump has had multiple extramarital affairs since beginning his campaign

if he got caught with something like this, he would simply brag about them, tell us how beautiful they were – just stunning, most beautiful women you've ever seen, and believe me they left satisfied (airhorn) – and any bad press would bounce off his hair like a wren hitting a patio door

I woke up this morning and #CruzSexScandal was trending on Twitter. Now, I can't even find it when searching for it.

This happening for anyone else?

Heidi Cruz was once so depressed that she was found by police sitting on the side of a highway with her head in her hands and was possibly a "danger to herself". This supposedly happened, according to the enquirer, right after Ted Cruz messed around with a hot something while he worked as Ted Solicitor General.

Most people can see right through Cruz and know that he is a pandering slimeball phony. These rumors don't seem outlandish for someone of his ilk. Like you mentioned, his wife having a meltdown fits this story. Throw in the Fiorina money and the Ashley Madison account and there is just way too much smoke for me to dismiss it.

I can totally believe Amanda Carpenter is one of the women. Whenever she's on CNN, the thirst is real and obvious.

These ladies have been sentenced to a fate worse than fucking Ted Cruz - people knowing (or thinking) they've fucked Ted Cruz.

That's a good point. If these allegations are false, these women should soon be screaming at the top of their lungs that they wouldn't touch a creep like Cruz. Otherwise, you'll be able to feel the shame emanating from them.

He's a dishonest known cheater with a huge obsession with his own masculinity. Guy's got "hookers and blow" written all over him.

No he doesn't, study the man a bit. He doesn't even drink.

Trump is basically what Douglas MacArthur would have been if he was a business man.

Two things:

1. The jokes about Cruz's appearance are kinda low and tasteless.

2. If Cruz straight-up drops out as a result of this, does Kasich have a shot at a brokered convention?

Kasich has been straight up laughed out of the room. I think Paul Ryan being a surprise last minute candidate is more likely at this point.

GOP is boned.

Possibly. Kasich is like the Sanders of the GOP though. He's less crazy than the others, and as a result he's not as far right and therefore isn't as popular with the media / people handing out endorsements.

The sad truth is a lot of the GOP really want Trump to be our president.

If they didn't, trump wouldn't have gotten this far

While I wish this were true, consider the source.

The thing is, the pics in the article directly link specific known women. Pretty ballsy if it's untrue since the women could just deny it

In all honesty, they could be paid to support it too! This election man. I love it. Shonda Rhimes, take notes

The only reason people keep saying this sort of thing about Kasich is because he's meek and everyone ignores him. If Kasich was the least bit interesting, people would realize he's just as far-right and nuts as the rest of them. There are no longer any moderate Republicans. The idea is as realistic as Trump deporting the chupacabra.

If this comes out as true, he'll just say it was a moment of weakness, ask for God's forgiveness and to give him more strength, and his base will forget it and say he took it like a true Christian.

If it's true, then being blackmailed into illegally transferring half a million in PAC money to shut up Flores will end his career.

Five moments of weakness (at least). You're probably right about the base forgiving him. You can get away with anything with the ridiculous parody of Christianity that many Americans follow. The more smug you are, the more they will forgive. Cruz could suck the marrow out of a baby and be fine.

It's easier just to say it all happened before he was "born again". It's the easiest cop-out there is, instant forgiveness.
