Maybe. I didn't hate the show. It just reached a point in the first season where I needed multiple cold showers.
HBO was on a streak where everything they clicking on was gold. Lately there are only a couple shows in the rotation. Even Vinyl I need to get on top of the ball and give it a solid effort in viewership.
I read that Matt Le Blanc had a pilot on another network. Plus he signed up to do Top Gear as well. Think it's safe to say that Episodes won't be coming back for another season. Bit of a shame because I liked it quite a bit.
On the subject of episodes, are there any other good shows like it which blend real life personalities with fictional characters? Kind of like how Entourage and Curb did it?
Yes, she refuses and this makes her a pariah in her family.
2.
More people start to know about the zombies. General public no but there are more moving parts and people involved, much more than just Blaine delivering brains to clients.
So how does her brother survive? Someone's just there with the right blood type to save the day? Does Liv shortly after tells them why she refused? Her boss knows. Her best friend knows. Her ex-fiance knows. Why not tell the rest of her family?
in a zombie. Oh wait, that sounds like something to avoid.
Also, zombies aren't popular. People like to kill zombies. It is like the ultimate politically correct power fantasy.
Oh, right. In iZomibe's fiction it's enough to come into contact with a blood of a zombie to become one. Point taken.
I don't agree with your second point because in the show's world infected people are regular people that continue to live life normally from an outsider's view. Then there's the separate 'full-on zombie mode' then they can 'activate' or it can take control over them if they don't keep up with eating brains.
By not sharing this reality with the public\authorities Liv is partly responsible to the murders. She knows there are people who are zombies out there. She knows they have to eat brains to remain human. She knows her brain source situation is unique and the rest will have to result into breaking the law to get brains. Which means killing other people. Which means Liv is choosing to sustain a reality where innocent people murder other innocents to get brains. And by not telling, Liv is enabling the emergence of people like the antagonist in S1 and them
making a business out of killing people and selling the brains
.
You share the news. You get the government and authorities to provide a solution for all the infected who need brains and you save countless of lives. Not to mention more resources to find a potential cure.

In the real world, people already have a problem with organ donation. That is the act of using a dead human to save 6-8 alive ones. This would be giving brains of people, for a 3-4 day meal for one zombie. It makes more sense for the government to shoot all zombies they encounter.
I got an episode and a half into Quantico before I had to bail out. I have a feeling that the show's audience are getting a little weary of it's Greys Anatomy meets LOST style nonsense pacing.
A million people really turn the tv off when The Family comes on, but then turn it back on when Quantico comes, iCant. It basically performs at Once Upon A Time Level and then has big rises in 3 day and 7 day, I guess its still ABC's best new drama.

It is doing fine on L+3 ratings, it is just that people don't like to watch it live. I also wouldn't compare it to Grey's Anatomy, which is about the only Shonda show that doesn't do the twist on twist on twist. How To Get Away With Terror is quite a better fitting title in that regards.

And then the LORD David Bowie saith to his Son, Jonny Depp: 'Go, and spread my image amongst the cosmos. For every living thing is in anguish and only the LIGHT shall give them reprieve.'
At the very least, the Vertigo books would be great candidates for series with no ratings restrictions...Sandman, Hellblazer, Y The Last Man, Fables...I guess only AMC is ready to take a jump like that right now.

I suspect that the film division has claimed dibs on many of those properties. There was that Sandman film with Joseph Gordon Levitt that just fell apart, and as I recall Y The Last Man is currently in development hell.
And, of course, they took a whack at Hellblazer with Constantine.
Yep, that's my mom's show. 78 years old and that's the show she can't miss. Left our Easter family shindig (we had already been 4 hours in) so she wouldn't miss her show. And don't ask people that old to operate a DVR. Not happenin'.
It's a very DVR-able show.. we watch it just cause it's to the point of silly fun, with pretty people becoming FBI agents. I'm usually watching Talked Dead which is reason #2 it's DVR'd
Glad CBS renewed Amazing Race, this season has been really good so far.,

Hallmark's original movie lineup is another oddity. They have Murder She Baked, Garage Sale Mysteries, and The Flower Shop Mysteries. Basically small town + relatable Saturday afternoon activity + Murder.
They just need to give up and do a cycle of AR where it's all CBS TV show stars. Have Mark Harmon team up with someone from Big Bang Theory and watch as they have to shave each other's heads in India or something.
I guess this is the "get to 5 seasons" token renewal. It's a fine show, but like the other Sherlock show, it's just not as good ever since they dealt with Moriarty. At least Elementary isn't dragging up Moriarty every chance they can get.
But...but...I thought Game of Thrones was supposed to be great, and on HBO?
I watched the first season on Blu-ray, but haven't seen any more. Period pieces just don't do a lot for me, which is something I don't like about myself, as I keep trying. The real reason I didn't continue wasn't because I disliked it (I just wasn't crazy about it like most. I thought it was quite good, but not the best thing ever), but because I had read the first book and wanted to read the rest without the TV show spoiling things.
