There's been a lot more variation recently, particularly in the MCU (LA/OK/MIA for Iron Man 3, London for Thor, DC for Winter Soldier, Space for GoTG, South Africa/wherever the fuck Barton's house is for AoU, San Fran for Ant-Man). I think AoU was the only Phase 2 movie in NYC, and that was predominately in the tower.
