Its is worthplaying. The combat is like an revision to Chain Of Memories combat adapted to your typical smartphone game, the story (at least, the main story) is interesting and apparently crucial to KH3. I haven't played it, but after watching gameplay videos and reading the story so far, I was more excited for this than for 2.8 lol

Considering average-luck F2P purists have gotten pretty damn far in Exvius and FFRK, no you don't. It -is- still luck-based to a certain extent though, don't get me wrong.

2.8's Unchained Back Cover is touted as a companion piece, likely expanding on the setting/characters, but isn't a 1:1 replacement. Who knows until it comes out, though.

I have a voiced Aqua equip item.

It's pretty neat, nice key blades, lots of character customization and cute to boot. What is lacking is that there is like a faction system where you choose yours in the beginning and every week is a competition to get the most points. The same faction has won every week in Japan, I've forgotten if it matters though.
