No matter how good the movie ends up being, whoever is cutting their trailers deserves a fucking raise. Both the last two have been fucking superb.

The only thing I don't like so far is how much they seem to reuse the "joke" that they're the bad guys. We get it. Stop saying it.

No, I think it's later. You can see her in the Jokermobile, during the chase sequence, she's got the tattoos and whatnot which she didn't have going into the acid bath. It may be during a flashback, but it's not going to be set long before the start of the movie. Might even be towards the end, Batman recapturing Harley & Joker after the two of them escape after the mission wraps up.
