Not GiantBomb but here is a fix

Just in starting area. So far, pretty much 60 fps @ 4K with disable DoF, Blur and AA running on 5930K @ 4.4GHz + SLI Titans X using latest Nvidia drivers. Xbox one Elite controller works just fine.
Since I am running Gsync, I don't see a way to disable Vsync. Is it possible?
i5 2500K @ 4.2 GHz
GTX 670 SLI (2 GB VRAM)
8 GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro (Up to date)
Game installed on a Samsung 840 Evo SSD
Using driver version 361.72
Running at 1920x1080, V-sync on in the NVCP, framerate capped at 60 (using RTSS), all other settings on High.
The game runs poorly, with constant stutters regardless of V-sync or framerate settings. Is it because of my VRAM limitations or something else? I've made sure my PC is free of the usual issues (overheating, etc.).
Apparently it is the lighting quality that is causing the crash. Drop it to low until you get past that first bonfire.
Game kinda hitches every now and then? It seems pretty random.
How do I disable a game's built in vsync in the Nvidia control panel? I know how to enable / force vsync, but not the reverse.Try to force it off from the Nvidia drivers.
You will definitely have VRAM issues playing on high.

Running well here on a gtx 970/ 3770k @ 1080/60.
There is some weird hitching when I pick up an item or read a message tho. Like just for a fraction of a second the game stutters.
I can't be the only one who can't download the 100MB update right?
It works for 2 seconds and drops to 0kBps. Tried changing the data centre multiple times but same thing.
Glad I decided to wait a few days, I seem to be reading a lot of people have some degree of issues. I can't recall DS2 launching this poorly as well, did it?
How is the performance for other i5 4670K + R9 280X users?
What is the deal with all these fucking bonfire crashes. Almost every time.
A small little issue was found. Steam failed to validate 11 of the downloaded files. Will have to download 11.9GB again ...![]()
It happens to me too. Maybe something to do with the servers?
It's probably the OST.

Is anyone else getting a fog wall when trying to leave firelink shrine?
1 hour impressions: Runs fine on my 970. It's very pretty. Smooth 60fps, although it has hitched a few times (see below).
...Yeah; it's happened to me occasionally, off and on. Seems to be related to saving because I've only seen it when the "now saving" bonfire appears in the corner. Also, since I'm online, I wonder if it happens while offline?
Playing the tutorial with an i5-2500k not OC'd and a newly installed GTX680 (gift from a friend) with 8GB RAM.
The game was running fine at the beginning (apart from the opening cutscene after character creation which kicked me due to low FPS) with about 40-50FPS but the moment I changed any setting it went to about 10FPS and stayed there every since regardless of what I do. I then get kicked with a message saying framerate too low for online play. Any tips?
I have a 430W PSU and had to buy a Molex->6 pin adapter to get the 680 working. Any idea how I can see if it gets not enough power?
Interesting, will try that too.
EDIT: Doesn't change a thing for me.
Game played already again with close to 60FPS (followed Durante's article to get it working) but when I killed an enemy and he dropped an item the fps went down to 13FPS and stayed there again. Suddenly.
The performance is all over the place but it is my PC's fault. The question is how can I fix it?
i5-2500k @ 3,3GHz
GTX680 2GB
8GB RAM
WIN 10
I noticed it does it when it saves (when the flame appears in the top right)Game kinda hitches every now and then? It seems pretty random.
i launch offline
same thing
Weird.I keep getting Crash to Desktop on boot. I just see a white screen before it stops responding

Seem to have found my issue analysing the performance with Afterburner and Rivertuner. It seems that the core clock for my graphics card will not increase to its max on occasion. So the GPU is on 99% load but with too low a core clock. Using MSI to set the clock manually fixes it. This seems to be a driver issue though I guess. Better to revert to old Nvidia drivers then.
