Do you mean the Amazon checkout order number, or the electronic reservation voucher code, whatever that is for? I presume it's the amazon order number?
Then get off Yahoo, stat.You can have Gmail import your yahoo mail while you make the switch over 6 months or a year or whatever it takes. Even without the delivery issues (which are inconsistent, I've never figured out a pattern), Yahoo's server side security is crap. They've been hacked many times on the server side, and will probably be hacked many times in the future.

Amazon order number - I can check using that from here and should be able to get you a quick answer.
If nothing else, Yahoo's terrible backend security for their mail system will bite you eventually. One way you might know it is when everyone on your yahoo address list starts getting spam or viruses that came from your yahoo account. But there are a million other ways yahoo mail security fails. Gmail is just better on all fronts.

I'm in Tokyo at the moment, and I never got a confirmation email, so maybe it'll be there when I get home.
We're over 2/3rds of total orders shipped now, so fans that ordered it way back when should finally get the second stage of the payoff (the first was the digital game back in December) over the course of the week.

The shipping order is USA Singles, USA Doubles, USA more than double, Canada, International. We are finishing up USA doubles today, which puts us well over 2/3 of the total orders shipped.

Got my copy in the mail today. Nice box indeed... but yeah, not sure if I want to try to take that giant shipping sticker off the front, I doubt that would go well...

Did you get order confirmation, PSN digital code email in December, or address change email about 3 weeks ago? If you got any of those, you're in the system. Having a direct presale order is preferable to VGP or Play Asia, which are for people that missed the presale because presale orders get the cool shipping box and VGP/Play Asia orders do not.
Use a hair dryer to heat up the label then gently pull from the corner as you continue heating gently. Should come right up. If it's resistant, try another corner, or heat it more. Use goo gone (NOT goof off) to clean off sticky residue.

Nope! But that's because they were all sent to an email address I (or the person who ordered it for me) cannot access. I've been trying to have the stuff resent to my actual email address but I haven't had any success.
In that case PM me your number and I'll check. I'm trying to avoid that in all but special cases like this because we're all doing fulfillment here (including me) and one less person slows that down.
Mine showed up today too! Got it in on the way out the house, so I'll have to look later.
Hope we will hear about Class of Heroes 3 shortly and when we do, I hope communication will be kept up via a quick Tweet here and there, going forward in the future. It was too quiet this time around, and wasn't the best hearing from VGP first, that the orders would be coming in.

Yeah, we're tiny, and we've just been completely buried. When I made the decision to cancel the SN5 physical UMD because of the acquire bug then having debug, test and re-master caused SN5 to unexpectedly slip into the timeframe for other games, which just compounded the issue. The solution is more people, but that won't happen until we get some of these projects out so I can afford to hire them. With SN5 completely out we'll have a little less load, but we're still buried. It will become clear why once we announce more stuff. I will say that some of the prototypes for one of the LE's in particular are turning out amazing.

VGP orders should come with the digital code, too. The only thing you don't get is the fancy shipping box.
PM me the order number and I'll look up the PSN code when I get the chance. Are you using yahoo, Hotmail, live, outlook.com, or sbcglobal for mail? If so, we may have responded and those services deleted or spamfiled the response before you saw it.

Are more UMDs being made beyond this initial run? I have a friend who slept on this and wants one now.

You'll get a code if you ask their customer support. I don't know why they don't distribute them to everyone who bought the game by default (since they gave my mine via a order update, much the same as they do when the order gets shipped). Maybe they'd do so once the packages are out, but I don't know. Just write a mail and you're good.

VGP is going to receive some, they could probably order one from them.
This run is one and done, so all that are made are all that will be. Videogames Plus and Play Asia have some stock yet. The only thing you don't get from getting it with them is the cool shipping box.

That was fast. I thought they'd still have some left. I guess Videogames Plus is it, then.
No problem. Maybe they're waiting until they ship the physical to send the code unless it's requested. Dunno. But they're advertising the game with the code, and we sent them enough, so they each should come with one.

Videogames Plus definitely still has some stock. No cool shipping box or variants, but everything else, including the holograms and digital PSN codes, so it'll do in a pinch.

Are the holograms inside the UMD case? I can see the fold out in there from the side, but I can't tell about the hologram card. With class of heroes 2 it was in the package with the game, but not in the case. Don't want to open my copy yet, but I want to make sure I'm not just missing it.
Class of Heroes 2 was a special case because the game box had a holographic sticker AND the certificate that came with it also had one with a serial number that matched. CoH2, CoH2G, and SN5 have all had a holographic sticker in the upper left corner of the back side of the sealed games.
Summon Night 5 holographic sticker is on the back of the sealed package in the upper left corner. Removing the plastic from the game case removes the holographic sticker with it.

That's why I didn't recognize it. The back of my UMD case is different then the one there...

While we're getting some answers, can I ask about the status of EU PSN release?
Summon Night is one series I've long wanted to see localised, so I'd love to buy this. But physical release is useless to me (only have a Vita), and there's no sign of digital PSN release in our region. Please don't go Atlus on us all over again. Pretty please?
