Pretty sure she is using "Fight for 15" to refer to the fight to raise the minimum wage in New York specifically. She did support that and has from the beginning, as far as I know. How is that flip flopping? From the beginning she has said that it should be $12 nationwide and $15 in larger communities that can absorb a larger increase without it hurting the local economy as it might in smaller communities.
