What? LOL, no. She didn't try to clean anything up. It was all planned.
It was planned? What are you talking about.

Like I said van jones said this is such a weak and petty discussion.

I'm glad some Bernie supporters know when to call a spade a spade.

Hillary is OVER!

This only PROVES it.

All the polls he's pulling his predictions from reside in his ass.

He's using the same polls as Dean Chambers. Obviously we have to adjust for those wacky blackies not voting in their best interests for Bernie Sanders, who don't you know marched with MLK 50 years ago, and then that voting margin will just even itself out.

Did you read my post? I said I based my prediction on polls that I have seen and my feeling on how the spread will be different come voting time.

I've seen polls where he's down by like 15 or 17 points. I think it's much closer than that because of his momentum.

Which magical polls have you seen? The newest Marist that shows Hillary's lead growing from earlier in the week?

If momentum existed, the race would have been over when Hillary swept on March 15th. Demographics are more important than momentum.

Bernie has won a total of three primaries (Vermont, Oklahoma and New Hampshire). He has not won a single closed primary. He has not won a state that is less than 86% white. He has not won Democrats in a single state, and Democrats are all that make up the New York electorate.

There is, literally, nothing about New York that should look good for Bernie.

What is this mythical momentum?

New York is a SUPER closed primary, if you didn't switch to the democratic party back in OCTOBER, you can't participate in it.

Momentum means nothing in NY since anyone that decided they like Sanders more in the last 5 months won't be able to vote for him.

This doesn't account for the fact that those who are already registered but weren't aware of the primary can still vote.

Is Van Jones my spokesperson or something? I found it offensive and if Van Jones doesn't care, then good for him.

Thankfully he did not.
That's what I thought

My theories that he's planning to duck out after New York might just happen. He hasn't really mentioned much beyond New York, as if he had no real plans to go to them, and his campaign is showing clear signs of a campaign on the brink of dropping out

His internal polling must be dire for New York

Weren't aware of the primary? Who the hell doesn't know about their party's primary? It's not a secret neighborhood get together by any means...

I'm sorry you found it offensive. Be mad at deblasio.

I watched the segment a bunch of times and I was unclear how any reasonable person could blame that on Hillary. I'm more offended when Bernie discredits black people in the south.

I know you like your conspiracies.

People still really wanna give him money though, so I think he's staying in.

Why do you think NY will be different than almost every state where Hillary has won about 15-20 points higher than Bernie in registered democrats exit polls?

Which is what NY only is. And there were barely any new voter registrations so don't count on that...

I mean with all his money to spend, I could see him tightening to a 10 point loss, but that would be a good night for him IMO.

I highly doubt it. No one's gonna give up that serious money faucet he got going.

Ah, the Bernie recap.

The Iraq War was not the worst foreign policy blunder in the history of the United States.

Revolting against Britain was.

That'd be a horrid night for him. He needs to be wining by 15% at this point, anything less is a loss.

Conspiracies? What are you talking about? Are you not aware that the entire exchange was rehearsed and part of a larger show?
What are you talking about? This is the weirdest thing to be discussing right now when we had a 2 hour debate.

please give me a source

I'm honestly perplexed.

The people who were were already registered? You mean longtime Obama loving New York Democrats like myself? Can't wait to vote for Hillary next Tuesday!

Don't get me wrong, I think the "nomination math" has been impossible for him in a long time. I'm just talking about realistic possibilities for NY results, and what I think would be "good" for Bernie respectively.

aside from the guy everyone else is quoting who literally thinks online polls are indicative of anything that will happen on tuesday

He didn't say that. He just showed a poll that suggests the majority of viewers thoughts Sanders won the debate. You're defensively reading way too much into the image because it probably bothers you a bit to see.

No one is going to even pay attention to Bernie when he needs to win California by 80% to remain in the race.
But it wont matter. He has no path to victory *right now*. He's still running.

He needs to win NY by double digits in order to be viable, and keep winning every state onwards with similar margins.

This doesn't account for the fact that those who are already registered but weren't aware of the primary can still vote.

When Sanders has won primaries he has relied heavily on independents, he won't have them now. Hillary has always won among registered democrats in primaries.

He just doesn't have independents in NY to make him competitive. We're not even getting into how unfavorable the demos are for him.

There's absolutely no evidence this one will be close, except just hope.

And if you hope he wins that's fine, crazier things have happened, but it's just super unlikely for him in NY.

I expect he'll stay in as a message candidate and stop trying to tank her favorables amongst his supporters.

You're trying to make some sort of point here.

I've already explained myself in my initial post. You seem dedicated to trying to find a fault somewhere.

I just think people are confused because you sourced your opinion from a Marist poll that shows Hillary's lead INCREASING rather than decreasing.....so, people maybe are a little confused on that.
