Persona 5 comes out September 15th in Japan

Lmao FFXV gonna feel the heat.

Atlus to Square-Enix: bruh y'all ain't shit we taking over.

FFXV going sell way more for simple fact they done a worldwide release and the game has duel audio. Doubt SE care about P5 being out 2 weeks before

Did they announce that FFXV has dual audio? From what I can remember they said they'll try to implement it.

Sure they said it be free dlc you download as disc can't hold both audio tracks. Dynasty Warriors had similar they released a Japanese Audio DLC for free

This is my favorite thing:

Bet you they confirm a December 2016 NA release on the Sony stage at E3

Not really betting. It's Atlus after all.

They care or else they wouldn't have thrown out that JP survey asking if people would still buy if it came out on the same day.

That said I would still agree with it selling more. But then who knows if the game doesn't review well. After how BvS did anything is possible really.

This thread is so pessimistic, AtlusUSA has been knocking out games within 3 or so months lately.

Or there's a lot of Europeans

I'm concerned that the release may be held up by the need to implement PS4 Neo support. The leaks didn't reveal if there was a relaxation for the rules if the game is just being localized but the leaked info said that any game released October or later needed to support the Neo day 1. To me that sounds like P5 needs to be a simultaneous release to avoid that rule unless there's an exception for games already released in other regions.

SMTIV Apocalypse is apparently coming on September 20 (which is a 7-month difference). Would they really cannibalize two games at once?

At least we can forget for a while that P5 is out in JP thanks to FFXV release WW. Unitl it's eventual NA of course, whenever that happens.

So, December 2016 anyone?

Finally!

Let me get my budget of time and money ready to play all this quality ATLUS JRPG being released so close each other.

Queen is probably Anne and Morgana is Panther (oh, Morgana...).

Morgana calls the MC "Joker", so that's definitely him.

Depends on if Morgana has their own 'phone', seeing as IIRC, they hang around with the MC all the time.
Or if they get a human body a la Teddie

I was putting more stock in the masks/outfits of the group moreso than anything else, but Anne could also be queen, I suppose.

After how long development of this game has taken, if it does not ship in 2016 in North America I will pretty much consider it a huge failure on the part of the production staff.

There is no excuse at this point.

Not even the whole Index Holdings fiasco :D?

I wish this would be the U.S. release date. One day before my birthday, that'd be a nice little present for myself.

Ofcourse it's gonna sell more worldwide, that's a given, I was talking about japan and half-joking.

Is it possible to import a Japanese version on a north American ps4? I've waited too long for this game and might pull that trigger if P5 doesn't land in the west this year.
