I hate seeing fake Pokemon to be honest. Always bothers me the ones that I like won't be real.
Thing is, Masuda and crew still think that their main audience 'are small kids that won't be able to appreciate a better story anyway so why put any resources into it'?

I know GameFreak won't announce or show the starters middle and final evolutions until as late as possible but what are the possibilities of CoroCoro leaking them?

FWIW, CoroCoro during XY only showed the 1st stage evolutions and iirc that was before the game was released. People were on kosthedin back then hoping to see what the 2nd stage evolution was.
CoroCoro isn't leaks, it's an official magazine.
What about Black/White, which had a jrpg plot complete with opening cutscene?
I wonder if they're gonna pull a gen 6 on us with the starters, in the way the evolutions aren't logical steps from the first. You could imagine Fennekin turning into a Ninetales esque majestic fox but instead it's a witch that stands on two legs and carries a wand.
Have people figured out if there's something similar to the medieval theme this time too? Cats hate water and they hunt birds so there's that, I can't think of anything else though that makes sense thematically.

No CoroCoro gives out official information from TPC/Game Freak. The reason you may have associated the words CoroCoro and leak is that the CoroCoro magazine itself leaks by about 2-6 days before its official release date each month.

CoroCoro can only leak what they print, and they [likely] won't get final evos to print until the issue that coincides with the game release. That's what happened with X/Y. (although, we already saw them through other means of leaking)
Circus.
The seal's nose is like a ball or a clown.
The owl has a bowtie, and may evolve to look like a ringmaster.
The cat is a tiger, a popular circus animal.

Obviously nostalgia plays a big role in the remakes doing better with older audiences.
Circus performers. Rowlet has a bowtie and the makings of a tailcoat like a ringleader. Litten is the circus cat that hops through rings of fire (and also doubles as the fire breather since spits fire). Popplio is the clown/sea lion performer.
That's our best guess so far.

I want a pokemon game where it's just gyms and a metric ton of side quests on the level of the looker side quest from XY. No evil team, though maybe some overarching villains across sidequest chains and just a bunch of nice slice of life episodes.
Current speculation is that the starters fit a circus theme (Rowlet as the ringmaster, Litten as the fire-breather/fire hoop jumper, Popplio is self-explanatory).
The villain of the game was NON-EVIL.
The actual villain had a theme with JRPG CHANTING

Okay, time to take me to the learning chair. I'm not familiar with CoroCoro. Isn't the infomation they receive about Pokémon from like a mole in GameFreak or Nintendo and when it leaks it's considered a leak because someone got their hands on an early copy and scans them online.
Is everything I stated correct? If not please learns me.
If the above is correct wouldn't they release any info they receive reguardless of what Nintendo or GameFreak thinks?

No, it is an official source of information. They get official information from Game Freak like Edge or Game Informer would get from a western game developer.

No. TPC, Game Freak and Nintendo give CoroCoro information to print. They are a vector which TPC and Nintendo use to make Pokemon related announcements. CoroCoro leaks because people get the magazine a few days before its official release date.

It's not a tabloid/rumour magazine, it's a magazine released in Japan every month on the 15th. It's a magazine aimed at little kids used to promote different games and toys, such as pokemon. It's a platform for TPC.
You already have that. It's called breeding, and it's more user-friendly in recent games than ever before.

Popplio has many unique characteristics that set it apart from Seel and Spheal, though. That's all that really matters.
Popplio looks so good man, and his name is so fun to say. Popplio. The dude just makes me happy, the lovable thing I just wanna hug him.
What's the opinions on the legendaries? Both look cool as fuck imo. I honestly think Sun looks better
but I'll probably go with Moon because it looks pretty unique and I've always gone for the blue Pokemon games.
