Probably it all started from my post, sorry for that, the coexistence of a budget and a premium sku is totally a viable business model (like we already saw during the 360 launch) and shouldn't confuse anyone, I didn't explain myself well as I was pointing out the weird road map of the next XB skus in such a short time frame (slim reveal > slim launch > Scorpio reveal >>>> Scorpio launch, as far as the speculation goes) which could upset someone ("I just bought the best XB out there,are you telling me that a better One will be launched the next year?"), but that's far to be the biggest problem here.

Isn't the whole system virtualized anyways? It doesn't matter what kind of hardware it is, it will just run (similarly to how Java programs run on pretty much anything, as long as the virtual machine is there you're good). That's why 360 BC is a thing, it's just another virtual OS running on top.

You can assign virtual EDRAM to HBM which is faster than anything else. So it will work just fine.

A lot of posts in this thread reads like fan fiction and best case scenarios for MS. The reality will most likely be different.

For one, the majority are not leaving steam and it's ecosystem for the win 10 store, so no playing on PC does not gain MS anything, as most will just use steam, not many are going to go to the Win 10 store for 1-2 xbox games a year that are not big on PC to begin with.

Launching a year later and more expensive the neo is not going to end well for MS, power or not, in europe and elsewhere especially. Even in the US it won't be easy, playstaion is a strong global brand, people seem to always underestimate that.

I think he'll drop a strong hint at most if it's really 9-18 months out. Just enough to essentially confirm it, but not enough for anyone to know exactly what or when.

Edit: Probably wear a t-shirt with the constellation Scorpio or something.

Nah, Thurrot/Warren have been on the inside and reporting for Microsoft for years. The whole things feels like they were told to release some info and details, it wasn't a "leak".

If that shirt is not photoshopped then this screams like a controlled leak to TRY and slow down PSNeo's momentum. One thing is for damn sure though, E3 will be LIT.

Yea you're overthinking it about the word creative. He's not really careful about his grammar on Twitter, he often mistakes "it's" and "its".
On top of saying stuff about it when he could have just not tweeted anything or used a "no comment", he said he's excited to share their story at E3, which reminds us of the common "two sides to every story" saying. But if they're on the other side of this story (no Scorpio), then he would've just said no comment or just wouldn't have tweeted anything.

Edit: I can see the conflicting ideas I have put forth though, hmmmmm.
