Eh? Ibuki probably had one of the more modest kunoichi outfits (i.e. Mai, Taki, Maki). I'd reckon panty/bloomer shots are more gratuitous than showing some hip.
My only beef is that the design is kinda uninspired. Just her schoolgirl outfit we've already seen with arm/shin guards & a mask.
Not looking forward to blocking those bombs on wakeup, but at least with V avoiding the vortex/ambiguous mix-ups, I'm not too worried.
That little Twelve-like float looked neat, but really slow. Hope it's just to change her jump trajectory, and that there's no faster version that she could use to mount an offense. Would be hell against an aggressive player (I don't play Ibuki

On one hand, I'm happy my favorite Street Fighter character is back, on the other hand, her face looks kinda ehhh :/ but that's more due to the artstyle they used. And with that critical, I was expecting her to yell a quick "dattebayo!" before it cut to title.
Edit: Forgot the outfit, it's just bland. We get it. She's a schoolgirl, Can't she wear a different ninja garb(considering this is before III). Heck, what's the point of wearing a mask to hide your identity if you're showing off where you go to school and anyone can just figure out who you are by your hairstyle? Worst ninja ever. (I am really overthinking this)

A stage would take arguably just as long as a character if not longer. They cant just "whip" one up other than doing the day and night transitions or something simple that re-uses existing stages. You can't even buy Ibuki yet so unless the Zenny store goes up Tuesday she's gonna be FREE to try. If the 140,000 really burns you, your gonna not only get Ibuki but probably around 40,000 to 50,000(I think it might even be higher with everything) for beating her story, trials, survival, and leveling her up. This goes for Guile and Alex too you have opportunities currently for tons of Fight Money.

Ibuki seems pretty fun to play as here, especially with the bombs she's bringing with her (I mained Cyrax in MK9, so I'm excited about them). I mean, I wanted Balrog more while we're still getting characters for free (Do we keep the characters released before the Zenny store opens if we played before it opens, or are they going to suddenly become locked), but I mostly wanted him as a holdover until/if we get Dudley. Seeing her in action, though, I'm now sold on Ibuki.

False only to the deaf, its as silly and wilfully ignorant to suggest the trailer wasnt partially inspired by Naruto as it is to suggest that Naruto popularised mudra's association with esoteric ninja techniques (which has literally centuries of history)

Honestly I didn't even listen to it. Just pointing out that I've seen those two traits in fictional ninja long before Naruto came about.
If people want to believe that Ibuki is ripped off of Naruto, so be it. Nothing anyone says will convince them otherwise.
