The Witcher III: Blood & Wine |OT| One last contract, one last plough

I actually prefer simultaneous releases over staggered ones - everyone gets the game at the same time.
Yeah, I don't mind too much. A pre-load would have been good though, then I'd be able to get home from an appointment today and start playing, instead I'll be downloading all day.

Woe is me
with my first world problems

I gotta get level 64+ and I don't have time! (I'm 42)
Will using cheatengine to give me xp break anything in the game? Is such a thing even possible?

i have a Question : i selled my Copy of Witcher 3 and i regret it now and plan to buy it from PSn at 50% Discount tomorow. But iam not complete shure if a still have my savegames.

While it would not be too worse for me to replay the entire game i ask my self if a wanna start playing the 2 DLCs (the main reason for buying it again) is there an Option to have already a Hero ready to start those DLCs?

I recently did this, had 200 hours on my save, halfway through NG+, sold disc copy and bought digital for convenience, saves arent compatible, had to start again. Im in the UK.

Blood and Wine is up on GOG.

Downloading now on GOG! Oh shit, I'm so excited. I was debating whether to stay up and play it but I expected the download to be a little late so would probably not bother. Fuck it, all nighter!

The water looks better, but it still has that glossy/white look to it that is just off. They might have changed the volumetric clouds during day time too or it could be me seeing things.

Yes, the game has a menu option where you can start the DLC, it will level your character up automatically to suite the DLC requirement.

One of the downsides is you may not have all the gear, oils, potions and armour you had at the end of playing the main game.

You will also want to buy the potion to reset your skills so you can re-allocate.

iirc it's possible now to make it so when you go into your little detective mode, it doesn't actually slow anything down? with a setting? am i right?

So will I have to close the game and re-start it in order for B&W to be active? Or can I be playing already? Just curious.

Apart from Roach losing his tail (serves him right for costing me races by stopping at that fucking bridge in Velen) pretty sure this update has improved visuals on PS4 seems brighter colours pop and feels faster and Geralt moves better less input lag.

Plus them new menus are sexy

Wow, this update is awesome. I'm finally playing Witcher 3 to completion on PC after starting it on Ps4, so all these changes are glorious. What an awesome game, the support from CD Projekt Red has been amazing.
