Is the pokedex now a pokemon itself?

Also what is this Burst thing?
It was a manga called Pokemon Reburst. It seemed to start off promisingly with criminals using flamethrowers powered by captured Flareons and the main character jumpkicking people in the face, but then he merged with the spirit of Zekrom or something and got this really stupid looking armor.

why even put a percentage meter of Pokemon caught in the Pokedex? It's not like most people actually set out to catch them all. Catching them all isn't what Pokemon is about, Pokemon is about catching like four of them, powerleveling them, and then complaining that the game is too easy.

I'm not too sure. Never seen a Pokemon League coddle its guests with a hotel.

That doesn't look like a horrible trainer-infested cave to me. So I don't believe it's the entryway to the Pokemon League.

True, there isn't a victory road type anywhere near it from what I can see.

Wonder what it is then.

The middle island isn't that hotel, though. You can see a building that looks much more like that hotel on the island to the right of it.

Too many damn Psychic legendaries, though Psychic/Ghost is unique, but the Pokemon looks like neither type.

That's about all I can say, not much else was shown.

Just looking at this map, it seems smaller than normal, but there's so much environmental variety, something X and Y were lacking. It appears like it might be more open, I hope that's true. It seems so much denser too as if there's something different to do on each route/area. I'm excited!

What does this mean?

Is there no longer a linear path from town to town?

Past Pokemon regions were series of towns connected together with linear routes. But with Alola, it looks like you can explore every inch of the region. It will probably still be linear progression-wise, but the region doesn't reflect that.

Look at the Alola map and try to figure out the game's linear progression. It's pretty much impossible because everything's connected in loops.

And the moon legend has a 4x dark weakness...Tho that's explains why it got multiscale I suppose.

Dark type is actually "evil" type in Japanese. Japanese wouldn't really associate it with the moon. They would be more likely to pick psychic type or maybe rock or water type to represent a moon pokemon.
