they had no time to make a teaser. UC4 came out few weeks ago and they're working now on the dlc. I doubt, a teaser will be produced within few weeks.

I feel that's the catch-22 of big E3 surprises, you don't want to wait to unveil something at E3 if it is coming that year. The two times Sony has done that I can remember were PSABR and LBP3, and I don't think Sony would want a repeat of those.
