Anyone who is familiar with the PAL charts knows that the numbers below the top 40 are insignificant, and that's putting it mildly. I'm talking a miniscule amount here. So no, that would have little-to-no bearing in regards to what we're talking about.
This is why the mere existence of a Knack 2 pisses me off so much. So many wonderful Sony IPs out there just lying dormant and forgotten.

Also, Shinobi your God of War teases have gotten me excited for the announcement now. It's not like I hate Kratos, I just think the series needs a big shake up which it looks like it's getting. Hoping it's a female main character.
I hope the announcement is like Horizon - a short story/concept trailer that transitions naturally into gameplay showing a cool encounter.
Here's hoping they've switched out the chain blades for some dual swords or something.

Honestly, I'd take almost anything. Because it would show that a solo Crash title is bound to come.
But anything less then a full title this E3 means they better have him in multilple things. HD Collection, Knack & Crash, headlining Sonys new fighter etc.

I feel like Sony will announce something new that also releases in 2016. Crash seems like the obvious choice but I feel like there could be something else.
Nope I doubt that.Other titles will most likely get release dates but a new unannounced game for this year does not seem likely at this time.
They have GT sport,Last Guardian and PSVR for the rest of the year.

Probably not. They've leaned away from a 2016 release on livestreams, if I recall correctly.
Good lord no. I think Crash and Knack can coexist. They're both VERY different gameplay wise (hell Knack's hardly a platformer, just a half-ass brawlathon). One doesn't have to be ousted.
I'd rather have Crash star in a solo game and nothing else. Something with polish and love. It has the potential that has yet to be unseen.
Dreams is getting a beta later this year, and full launch in 2017 if I recall. Don't know regarding Everybody's Golf, but it could be this year.

Exactly, it's now or never.
I wouldn't mind remasters IF it's coinciding with the game like how they did it with Uncharted and Sly Cooper. I'd love to see a game that reimagines the first Crash with something akin to the recent Ratchet game in terms of visuals and presentation to celebrate 20 years. Hell, even if ND has no involvement in developing, at least let them consult the production.
I just don't want this to turn out anticlimactic but I'll remain optimistic.
Forgot about that one. Guess that's how much I don't care for CGI reveals (Bloodborne is my GOTG).
For me, BB's real first reveal is that Gamescom trailer.

At first I was thinking Neo wouldn't be revealed until Gamescom but since God of War will be one of the flagship titles for it I'm starting to think it will be revealed at E3. The summer months are slow anyway so losing some core gamer sales wouldn't hit them hard anyway.

There's absolutely no way they'll show a CG trailer for God of War, if they show it even. They've moved past that, I imagine. It's 016, and we can get such amazing trailers built with the game's engine that showcase the gameplay as well as hype people up with flashy antics. We don't need CG trailers anymore. It's not 2005. Not sure why publishers keep churning them out.
Also, as for the protagonist in God of War, didn't the concept art show Kratos? Or are you thinking that was a ruse of sorts? It just can't be someone else. Would kill all the anticipation I have for the game. His story hasn't ended. GoW3 end credits prove that.

CGI (and ''in engine'' or even worse, ''gameplay'') reveals certainly have lost their touch for me compared to last gen days. Gameplay reveals like Horizon, Nioh leave a much bigger impact. I think Uncharted 4 had a pretty bad ''trailer'' at E3 2014.
There are however some CGI trailers that are done well enough. Bloodborne and FFVIIR reveal trailers are pretty classy.

Ironically enough, God of War Ascension also had a CGI reveal trailer. I'm sure there have been others as well, but can't think of any right now.
Technically it was, but I think they showed actual gameplay there at the same E3 show.

Don't worry, we'll get Ape Escape at TGS instead. Along with Boku no Natsuyasumi 5, Wild Arms 6, a new Vib Ribbon and a new Parappa the Rapper.
This E3 could be fantastic for Superhero-Game fans, Gravity Rush, Injustice, Telltales Batman, Spider-Man, hopefully Suicide Squad is getting revealed, whatever Sucker Punch is up to (Infamous) might be there, Crackdown at the Xbox conference..
