Also new characters hinted at on the T-shirt that will be handed out at this event.
Looks like Dr Fate's helmet,Captain Cold's gun on there. Also Harley's mallet? Superman's S, Aquaman's Trident, Batman's Mask, maybe Flash's boot?, some kind of Lantern battery (Atrocitus?), and possibly Black Manta's Helmet in the upper Rightwonder womans shield in the upper right. We'll have to wait and see to be sure.

Stoked. Hopefully they confirm the armor stuff as a separate competitive mode or story and keep the normal even ground stuff for competitive.
 
I can't buy this after what they did to the PC release of MKX, especially after Ed Boon trolled about it on Twitter. I didn't own a PS4 back then so it was my only option, and even though I now have a PS4 they're on my shit list forever.

Very much agreed. The fact that they're doing the gameplay reveal at a competitive event would certainly suggest that this concern would be at least addressed, if not shot down entirely.
 
I would have thought this would be at the PS conference. Well, I'm hyped...

If they bring any CW character, Hopefully they bring Zoom with Tony Todd voicing him. That would be awesome.
 
By the way thats Wonder Womans shield on the top right.

You can spot the symbol in the middle and the circle of stars around it. The shape is weird because the tshirt is bended.

I really hope that they are going to pick more characters from non-batman franchises. They did good job with Grodd, Atrocitus, Supergirl, and maybe Captain Cold, Doctor Fate, etc.

I know it may not be popular opinion but I felt that Injustice roster is oversatatured with batman characters. Bring Shazam, Black Adams, Green Arrow, Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl back as well.
 
Just get the faces right this time. Please. After MKX I am optimistic, but Superman doesn't look great in the CGI trailer. If nothing else, I'm hoping for a solid Wonder Woman and Batman.
 
Wow, I was expecting this at the Sony conference (like MKX). Sony must have a heck of a lot to stuff to cover if things like this are not being shown at the conference.

Nooooooot really. Captain Cold is way more prominent in comic books than Freeze ever was. Freeze rocketed in popularity due to his episodes in the animated series of Batman in the 90s and Batman guys are super mainstream because Batman is. Captain Cold however is one of the most ruthless and calculated killers and strategists in DC. Plus his cold gun does a lot more than Freezes.Freeze's gun is just based off of Cryogenic medicine but Cold's gun is meant to be a weapon. Cold can stop molecules to slow objects like himself from falling or things coming at him at high speed, freeze things, make objects out of ice (like people, mirrors, etc) and a bunch of crazy stuff. Freeze was also killed by Cold in one of the DC canons.

THANK YOU. I was sending them videos and stuff pre-alpha Injustice 1 about how god awful that pose was. Not even joking. Hate it. I also feel they can do better on The Flash than his goofy stuff last game. Just put him in a low runners style stance or something like the x-23 idle from MVC3 or something.

Really hope idles look more badass this time around.
 
Static needs to be in this game. His powerset is so unique and he's just so cool. As much as the fans have been clamoring for him, he deserves a spot on the roster.

Isn't the whole point of Cold and his rogues that they're criminals with a code? Like, I'm pretty sure the Rogues don't believe in killing.

Yeah, I'm at a loss here too. The Rogues have a code. Its something they are famous for. Yet there is a lot of Captain Cold stories by himself where he just gives no fucks. Maybe its a one man on his own thing. In the Rogues you act like a Rogue. Outside the Rogues...rules dont apply and its do whatever it takes to win? Who knows. Comic book logic changes so much per writer and year its hard to say. At one point Cold didn't need a gun.

At the very least, Cyborg is a Teen Titan character that most people would know, and I'm sure DC would like to keep him in public conscious enough so that they remember him when his movie comes out in 2020 or whatever.

Still would like to see Static, though.
