Yeah his tweet came after a couple people tweeted it was dead. So I'm guessing he doesn't know more than we do. And the game could very well still be alive, just not with Sony anymore.

Opinions, how do they work? I'm super hyped for Horizon but I realize it's not everyone's deal. No biggie IMO. It's just a few thousand dislikes--it's not the ghostbusters trailer, lol.
If I was Square, I'd bundle the demo with XII Zodiac. FFXV is going to sell by itself.

Yeah, and someone else said that it's dead. So he must have assumed the game was cancelled, tweeted his sadness about it, did a quick research, saw that it wasn't completely dead, deleted his tweet.

What opinions? the overwhelming amount of dislike in that video isn't reflected in the comments or in any forum or article and that's why it's weird.

Due to Horizon releasing at the end of February, I am now expecting God of War IV to have a September release date (just like God of War 2, which was also directed by Cory Barlog)
Also, for the first time in a long time, PD has decided on not bullshotting the trailers, and are actually showing the actual in-game quality throughout rather than some post-processed, cleverly angled replay footage with perfect AA cut into a trailer.
So it's underwhelming compared to past GT games where where trailers were released for the game that really did not reflect how the game actually looked during gameplay. Not to mention, they're using current builds rather than a vertical slice, meaning visuals are going to improve by the time of release.
I have no doubt in my mind the game will look good by the time it releases. Still not buying it though due to there not being a traditional GT campaign.
Nah it's not because of Driveclub. Some of the city shots look really bad. And I mean really bad. So bad that I wouldn't actually call hyperbole on someone if they decided to say that some of those buildings look like they're straight out of a ps2 game.

if i was square i would remaster crisis core to generate more hype to ff7 and put the demo in it
Nope, people would notice that Crisis Core was a mediocre and repetitive game that got a pass because handhelds+fanservice and destroy the hype.

Sony's got this conference locked down really darn tightly, which is exciting. Outside of the obvious like Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Horizon: Zero Dawn, it's quite tough to predict what will fill the 90 minutes. Yes, God of War, Detroit, and TLG -- but beyond that, they honestly could have anything lined up.

Yeah, as soon as I played it the excitement was gone and I was left with boredom then disappointment. I don't know how much of it I played (maybe a few hours). What a let down.

I have a feeling they're going to be using material from everything FF7 related they've released for this remake, obviously adjusting, cutting, changing stuff here and there. Don't think it'd be a good idea to direct people interested in FF7R into buying/playing an older game and causing confusion with the new game's story.
I thought it was Bruce Campbell until I looked closer.

Yeah just like last year they've gotten a lot of release dates and partner news/release dates (like new game announcements and the various Square-Enix ones) out during pre-E3 week and the conference can seemingly have just about anything with the vast variety of rumors that are flying.
If it's real and it's Sucker Punch, I think I might actually die.

If sony is giving them this much work they need to get them back on resistance. Let them do kinda a reboot and bring it into this gen. Any chanded gurilla second studio has maybe started a new killzone along side rigs? It would be cool to see their take on a full fledged killzone the vita one was awesome!

but what if the quality of the remake is overshadowing FF15, for example in terms of Gameplay (switching characters, maybe better controls, mechanics)
People saying afterwards, man i wish FF15 was like 7 or something like that

No I didnt, that is a list of Sony first party IP's expected to be released in 2016, those two you listed are Square IP's plus FFXII HD is a 2017 game
