Isn't the latter picture a screenshot of a FMV?
It is from a cutscene, but not an FMV. The FMVs, unfortunately, only run at 30fps and don't scale to 4k, so it's really easy to tell them apart from gameplay.
I think we need more witcher in here.
Oh that flaming sword, what mod is that!
I have no idea. Playing around with AMM. I'll let you know which one it is when I boot up the game again.Oh that flaming sword, what mod is that!
Got ULM working (it's amazing!). So these are actually more a result of that more than anything.I wouldn't mind trying the ReShade though. Are you still using STLM?
That's weird, it looks blurry and soft with artifacts. Maybe my eyes are getting old![]()
I'm pretty sure that is an FMV. there doesn't seem to be a run-time model of that quality of Faith, and every time she is shown with the in-game camera you can see her hair is much more low-poly.That's weird, it looks blurry and soft with artifacts. Maybe my eyes are getting old![]()
I still can't tell if it looks good or not. It really doesn't look much different than the first game, other than just being larger.

Jim, what settings are you using for Witcher 3? Are you using the Ultimate Graphics options as well? And if so, what are the settings if I may ask? It's not that important, just wondering.
