Vudu does, and I think Netflix is slowly starting to with their show Marco Polo supporting it so far.

The 4K and HDR stuff makes me think this is gonna be more expensive than people might expect, specifically considering this isn't the Scorpio hardware. Decent 4K Blu-ray players are around $400.

4k BR players have stupid markup MSRP wise though.

This thing won't sell shit unless its under 3.

This would be the defacto 4K BR Player to get though if it is priced right . You'd be stupid to get anything else (not counting whatever Sony does).

PS: Both Netflix and Amazon have HDR content with more on the way.
