Xbox One S: 40% smaller, 2TB, 4K for movies/tv, internal PSU, $300

He looks dissapointed and sad, not pissed I would say.

What a shitty thing to do, ruin a big announcement like that for the 15 minutes of fame. Selfish.
Lol who would this announcement surprise? This was leaked months ago, so it's white and looks like a smaller Xbox One boohoo.

Love it.

Shit got interesting.

PS4 still wins in terms of games with superior hardware.

BUT

Now it looses to the Slim in terms of multimedia.

Plus we have the Neo and Scorpio on the way.

Talk about a confusing as fuck marketplace.

It's not what it is, it's how it's announced. This would be a huge announcement if the price is what I think it is. First to market with 4K BluRay + HDR, slim and sexy, internal power supply, new controller feature that is pretty cool, but not a huge thing.
It would make a very nice announcement if the design wasn't leaked.

Yeah, they needs this to be $299, but the price drop of the original one makes me think that this could be $349.

Yea I think for the slim to really go over well it shouldn't be more than $299. They could go as high as $349 without too much of of of a fuss but any more than that and the reaction to this thing will be quieter than a fart passing through Jared Fogel's butt hole.

Unless Sony doesn't have their 4K slim this year? I could see alot HT enthusiasts buying XB1s if so.

If you think Sony won't release a slim (no, not talking about Neo)...

They kinda do. I doubt they would say "4K digital media, 4K blu ray" when "4K video" does the same job.

Considering the price of 4K Blu-ray players, it's a standout feature I'd market the shit out of personally. We'll see if ekim is right. :)
