Dishonored art direction and environment looked great, but the game looks early. Really janky. The animations were pretty bad. Overall incredibly boring conference.

So they are making:

Overwatch
Hearthstone
More Fallout 4 stuff
Skyrim, again
A "first person immersive" game where you shoot stuff in first person called Prey for no good reason.
A "first person immersive" game where you kill stuff in first person, sometimes by shooting called Dishonoured 2

Bethesda *slow clap*

worst conference ever. I am assuming that the juicy stuff is in Sony or MS right?

SOOOO much Dishonoured 2. My goodness.

People complain about everything.

Don't have a conference if you don't really have anything to show. EA had nothing and Bethesda had Prey and Dishonored 2 which could have easily been at MS and Sony's conferences, they didn't merit a conference

Bethesda: "Here's a bunch of cool things we're working on!"

NeoGAF: "Boring as fuck, 0/10"

You guys lack basic hype skills.

I'm surprised to see so much disappointment. I thought the conference was pretty damn solid. LEAGUES better than the mess that was EA. Quake, Prey, Skyrim HD, Dishonored 2, at least they had games to show off!

Solid conference. No Wolfenstein or Evil Within is sad, but Quake and Prey coming back is really cool. Dishonored got a little boring for me, but that was A LOT of gameplay they just gave us, so I can't really complain. It looks really good.

Fallout DLC is a great idea, Fallout Shelter looks like something I need to get back into due to the amount of content compared to when it first came out, and pumping into Doom multiplayer might not be a bad thing.

8/10

Edit: How could I forget Fallout VR and Skyrim SE? Skyrim SE should get me playing with mods again, and Fallout VR is AWESOME.

Not a great conference but the lineup of Fallout 4 VR, Skyrim: SE, Dishonored 2 and Prey probably won't be bettered by another conference.

That GIF is perfectly representative of the stream.

Harvey Smith trying to ape Todd Howard in an overly long, pre-scripted Dishonored 2 demo did not work nearly as well with showing off the strengths of that game.

Not that there's a really easy way to do that with the many choices Dishonored offers, but nowhere near as effective. It was still the best part of the show, comparatively, but nowhere near as good as last year.

No Doom Single Player DLC, no New Wolfenstein....

Between this and ME:Dev Diary #2 being the highlight of EA's conference (Titanfall 2 was okay, actually), not a great start to E3 so far, imo.

All I wanted this gen was Elder Scrolls 6, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and Destiny. Where is Elders Scrolls 6? It looks like it going to be while. The current consoles will be obsolete by the time it comes out.

I know the reason, spite.

Ok conference. I felt like I was one of 18 people (including one lady in the room) who was excited about Quake Champions even after the multiplayer only announcement. I played Quake III Arena a lot back in the day and I can't wait to see more of it in the future.

Tried to really get into Dishonored 2, but...it just looks bland to me. Probably didn't help that the presenter didn't care about his own game at all either.
