How long has Dishonored 2 been in development? When did Heroes come out?

heroes came out like last year, it was probably in development long before that

fake edit-apparently in January. Looking at the stuff, the main designer for heroes said Bioshock was it's inspiration

therefore like I said, dishonored 2 is a budget bioshock title that ripped off a bioshock inspired game

I mean no disrespect for those who enjoy it, but if you can't share it or invite people to see it, you have to really want that for yourself.

They should add something (quests, collectibles, something) that would entice the player to spend more time in these custom areas.
