Nah, it's all in good fun. I think they've been vague enough that it isn't entirely "ruined." I know that personally, I have more questions than answers about RE 7 at the moment.

Wasn't Capcom expecting RE7 to sell a lot of copies? I think people speculated that RE7 is Major Title 1.
Would be hard for a VR only title to sell 4 million that soon I think. Dunno about 2 million,

This would make sense, and could be a big name game that makes sense in VR and would help being on PSVR. If true, I would love to see how big the game is and how far it is from development, especially when it is supposed to come out.

Monster Hunter on PS4 won't be anything from the ground up. I would expect an HD version of a 3DS title and Frontier Online 2.

They got some show time last year, so I'm expecting for it to be just a little bit. I'm expecting a trailer and release date for the June update and a mention of the Capcom pro tour. It should only take up a few minutes.

I dunno, it all depends on the messaging. I highly doubt Sony is gonna pull "Holiday 2016, Exclusive for XBOX1" bullshit. They are pretty clear on their exclusivity, they even have labels. PS4 Exclusive, Console Exclusive and First on PS4. There wont be much guessing if its an actual exclusive or not.

In their defense, none of us have discouraged them from talking. We have encouraged it and played along, having fun with it. Nobody is seeking attention.
I doubt it's gonna be VR only, more like inclusion of VR.
Kinda like I expect it from Ace Combat, with dogfights.

Who would of thought SFV would be a console exclusive. It's pretty obvious if you pay up with Capcom you can get a game from them.

A game doesn't have to be exclusively VR. It could have VR functionality that you can enable should you turn the game on with a PSVR. Sorta like 3D functionality last-gen on PS3 or what the new Ace Combat is going to seemingly do.
Same here, I don't see why it would be an exclusive at this point.

IF it were exclusive, it could just simply be Capcom taking Sony money to develop it. Again, we keep seeing the cycle continued where Capcom isn't funding its own game development outside of maybe Monster Hunter.
I'm expecting roughly an hour and a half, just like last year's.

The VR stuff might have to do something with the horror-focused Kitchen VR.
RE7 certainly isn't VR exclusive. But there is a good chance it might be timed. There is no way they will make it console exclusive for PS4 since RE has a pretty good fanbase on the Xbox One. Compared to Dead Rising that never left Xbox this generation, RE is different.

I guess it depends on the partnership. Street Fighter V apparently needed the funding, but I don't see Resident Evil needing that kind of funding, so any sort of exclusivity wouldn't really make sense to me.

Can you really compare the budget of a handheld MH to a AAA console title? If some people think TLG looks like a 10 year old game, how old does MH look?
But again, if that were the case, every RE game this gen would be PS4 exclusive and they're not. It's all been multiplatform. A base has been built up on both. It'd be really bad business to shit on one base at this point, and Capcom isn't in a position to do that right now.
Yeah I would be quite shocked of RE7 is a PS4 exclusive.
